The item was absolutely perfect—just like it looked online! Even with Christmas and New Year’s in the mix, the shipping was incredibly fast and it arrived sooner than I expected. I’m so grateful. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a canvas print as a Christmas gift for my in-laws, and it was an absolute waste of money. Three of the six photos on the canvas were severely blurry, despite appearing clear when I uploaded them and approved the proof. The photos were clearly damaged during printing or production.

Customer service was completely useless. Instead of taking responsibility for their defective product, they blamed me for supposedly using “bad photos” and offered a laughable 20% discount on a future order. No replacement, no refund, no real resolution—just finger-pointing.

I spent over $100 on a Christmas gift that is embarrassing and not even worth hanging on a wall. This company stands behind neither their products nor their customers. Entirely unacceptable. I will NEVER order from them again.

Thank you BENICEE SHOP I commissioned a commemorative photo of my dog that recently passed away with the wings and when I opened the package, it was absolutely stunning. I couldn’t hold back my tears; I am thoroughly delighted with my order. They did an exceptional job. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Great customer service. When prompted for a preview and I wanted a few things fixed. They got back to me quick and had fixed everything the way I wanted. It was a great gift for my boyfriend who had just lost his dog. It was cute and perfect that they customized it just like the dog.

Excellence service and reliable

This is the first time I ordered a product from Benicee Shop, and I have so much worried about it. Most specifically the delivery on time, I personally emailed the costumer service if they my order will be arrived on time and they said it might not be on time because because its holidays and of course I understand because of the holidays coming. But I got surprised when I got an emailed that my order already in the way and I received it 1 week before Christmas. Im soooo happy. When I opened it i feel satisfied and sooo much happy because the quality of the product is best quality and it printed clearly and nicely. Beside of all that my kids grandparents didn’t expect the gift they received because and they are so thankful and happy because its the first picture frame of all their grandkids in one frame:-)❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏😊😊 THANK YOU SO MUCH BENICEE SHOP🙏❤️😊

Last night I received my canvas and I am thrilled. It was very important to me to be delivered as fast as possible since it is a present for my son who flies in from Europe and leaves at the end of the month. This company is awesome, if I could give 10 stars I would. Their customer service team is the best! After ordering we exchanged some emails to ensure the canvas was exactly how I wanted and after me explaining the importancy of this gift they started production Thursday the 11th, shipped Friday 12th and I received it monday 15th! I am so so happy with the canvas and how this company honored my wish that I will definitely order again! Don't shop anywhere else, if you are looking for an awesome product and amazing customer service Benicee is it!! THANK YOU to the team of Benicee, I am 100% satisfied with everything.

The Benicee website was really easy to navigate and select the perfect canvas for our dog Maggie. The pictures I selected were easily uploaded and cropped to fit each unique open space. I moved pictures around several times without an issue. Whole ordering experience was easy. When it arrived.. it was even better than expected. Perfect. I would definitely recommend Benicee shop...
