We had our first brb trip in august. We started our subscription a year ago but for obvious reasons couldn’t go anywhere. We emailed about 3 weeks before wanting to go away asking if we could use our funds to book a trip, within minutes we received a reply with dates and options available (without revealing the destination), Within a week we recieved our envelope and we went to Porto. The whole trip was perfect from start to finish, hotel was beautiful, could have been a little closer the the action but it didn’t matter to us, an Uber was €3 to where we wanted to be. the customer service from these guys is second to none. Every time I’ve had a question I’ve had a reply within the hour. Would recommend to anyone. Can’t wait for our next trip in November.

My partner and I have been using BRB for a while now. We have been on 2 Europe trips which were great and in during lockdown we were sent to the Cotswolds and the absolutely stunning Lake Vyrnwy.

I've been reading the negative reviews about BRB whilst writing this and I have to come to their defence at this point as this company deserves nothing but praise.

1. BRB is perfect for those on a budget: We pay our monthly subscription together as a couple and it is so much easier than trying to save up. BRB takes the responsibility for frugal saving away from you, which in our situation is amazing as we are rubbish with money.

2. It sends you to places you just wouldn't even think of: We have been to European and domestic trips with BRB and the European ones have really allowed us to experience cultures and places that we just would never of thought of. If your a bit of a world wonderer and want to see and do things but you just never get round to doing it then BRB is perfect.

3. It isn't expensive: People have been moaning that its more expensive than when they tried to book the flights or hotels themselves. Your paying for the service and the convenience and also the variety of places that you just wouldn't think to visit yourself. You are paying for someone to do all the booking, find you great things to do and also tailor your holiday experience to your interests and likes. To me the monthly fee is more than worth it and we absolutely love our little trips.

Keep doing what your doing BRB.

This is the second BRB trip we've been on and we've just had 6 days in Malta. I cannot speak highly enough of the team and the lengths that they go to to ensure things run smoothly. We had 3 previous holidays cancelled due to the pandemic and when it became apparent that the original flights home to Malta were being brought forward a day, I was immediately contacted to ask if we wanted to stay another day to make up for it.

The location and the hotel were both superb. The flight times were reasonable. The BRB team cannot do enough to help

I very much look forward to travelling with them again in the future.

I'd like to say I was impressed by how everything was handled. Love the hotel we got booked in and the service we got from both BRB and the hotel. Highly recommended.

I stayed in Puddle Duck Cottage which turned out to be brand spanking and gorgeous. Situated in a quiet little town not too far a drive from the coast or the city of York - no complaints, apart from a few more nights wouldn't have gone a miss ;)

Hotel needed to be changed at short notice due to Restrictions in the area. A lovely hotel was chosen as a replacement. We had a wonderful time. Only problem was in checking out the bill had not been paid - this was probably due to the rush to change hotels :).

Thanks BRB for helping with my cancellation due to Covid.
This would have been my third trip, so I'm completely happy to postpone until later in the year.
It's reassuring to find a company that responds so timely and so efficiently.

Amazing experience!! Me and my girlfriend have already been on 3 trips with BRB and we enjoyed every moment of it.

Our 4th trip got cancelled due to the pandemic but we have constantly been updated in regards to our trip and felt safe at all times.

I’ve subscribed to BRB in 2019 and been on 2 amazing trips to Bruges and Granada.

The team is extremely helpful and have been in contact throughout the booking process. No need to worry about anything apart from packing and making sure I have my passport with me.

If you have a hard time deciding where to go next or cannot find the right time to go travelling, BRB is perfect for you. Simply let them know when you want to travel and which trip type you would like (we love a good eats trip) and let the magic happen.

Can’t wait for my next trip once this pandemic is over and to see where these guys are gonna send me next!

BRB is an amazing idea brought to life - when our postcard arrived I was so excited about our trip to Krakow, and our hotel looked absolutely incredible - the real winner with this company is value for money - you get an amazing deal and cool holidays without any of the faff!!

The team were absolutely AMAZING when covid affected our travel plans and immediately put us at ease about rescheduling! I can’t wait to go on my trip and many many more in the future

The team at BRB have been incredible in the way they have handled our travel plans with all the COVID disruption.

Our weekend in Milan turned into a weekend in Bath.

All of this was outside their control but each step of the process the team communicated quickly and clearly.

Can not wait for a year of travel with BRB in 2021!

They postponed my July trip to October and then cancelled that. As Newcastle is going into tier 3, I won’t be able to go but she refuses to give me my money back. Steer clear from from this morally bankrupt person. Disgusting company.

EDIT: in a bid to get me to take down this review they refunded me claiming they were intending to do that all along. I’m leaving it up because people should know what the company are like.

SECOND EDIT: in a second bid to get me to take it down they have reported me to trust pilot claiming I didn’t have a “genuine” experience with them. I have the documentation to prove it.

Firstly I loved that brb agreed to combine two trips into one and booking it even though the website said no availability! Always best to give the guys a call! COVID19 impacted our travel and it was amazing to finally get away. The surprise element is so fun and waiting for the post card makes it even more exciting!

We had an issue with our return flight - COVID related but Ellis got in touch straight away and confirmed a different flight to check it was acceptable - it was so crisis averted.

Our first trip was Milan, flight details were all provided so check in was easy - no checked baggage so straight through in the airport. The app helpfully tells you how to get to the hotel - I would say that there was actually a quicker route rather then the route suggested. We got the coach as suggested but then an uber as the long journey in wasn't really our style. On the way back the hotel told us that there was a direct train from a station 10 minutes walk away which was really good. The staff working in the hotel were so lovely and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful too. I would say it is a bit out of the central area but as long as you don't mind walking/metro it is fine. There are these really cool scooters in Milan which made it much easier but we didn't realise this until our last day! I also hadn't realised that the hotel costs were not all included as we had to pay taxes on arrival. Milan is beautiful and I feel it hit the 'romance' selection perfectly!

We then flew to Krakow, Ellis helped me with the process to check in as Wizz air require you to get the app and I have never flown with them. The suggestion to get an uber was the perfect one in Krakow and was very cheap. Another option is a company called 'bolt' which seems to be Krakows own uber and also allows access to the scooters! The uber couldn't drop us into the centre - there is an area that only taxis can enter I think it would be helpful to include this information on the BRB booking In future but it wasn’t A big deal. Krakow was amazing and again a perfect choice for the spec of 'for the gram'. The hotel was so central and was great.

Ellis and the team were so helpful through out and putting the trip together during a pandemic is nothing short of a miracle! Overall I would recommend the company I love the surprise, good hotels and travel choices! I know they are also working on some aspects minor details that didn’t affect the trip but will make them even more awesome.

I love the novelty of it as someone who normally plans everything to the minute detail.

I think it is the most amazing idea. Need to get our third trip booked in! Thanks again, Kate.
