Swift transaction and my friend was over the moon with the quality of the printing, so much so he’s scared to use them! If I’m being totally honest the only thing I would say is that the next day delivery was a little steep but saying that they were here on time so can’t really complain. Purchased 1Dozen Personalised GolfBalls…
Purchased 1Dozen Personalised GolfBalls and have just used them recently. Sadly the Message Printed on the Balls Came off after only 2/3Holes on the Course. This was not to do With Course Conditions or Bad. Ball striking ! It was because the Printing used is as I have now found out is only Semi permanent. This fact is not stated in the description when purchasing but hidden away in the Technical info. So in hindsight maybe a perminant marker pen would best and Cheaper.

We're sorry that you're not happy with the durability of the printing.
We have invested in new UV printers this year years, but there's still not a permanent print solution for small runs. We test the printing indoors and outdoors, and we know that some balls offer a more permanent print than others.
This can vary from nearly a full round, whereas others may wear off sooner.
The conditions of play are also very hard and hot at the moment, and this can also affect the durability of the inks that we print with.
We do offer a permanent print for our corporate orders, but usually the minimum order is 12 dozen.

We ordered personalised golf balls, great service, great product, arrived on time as last minute birthday idea, picture was maybe not as clear as expected but that could have been to do with our choice of picture.

I have looked at your order and can see that we printed a photo for you, the maximum print area we have available on the golf balls is 22mm as such images may appear small if there is a lot of detail to them. We would normally recommend a head and shoulders image with very little background detail optimal for printing.

Recommended
I ordered two sets of tennis balls as a Christmas present at the beginning of December. Now it's already January and despite several emails, I have not received any information about the shipment status nor any answer to my emails. I do not recommend this company at the moment and I want either the package or my money back.
Edit:
After posting here, the company replied to my emails and we were able to track the parcel down. It arrived after all and order was fine. I am overall happy with the order, just a bit disappointed not by the long duration of shipment (could be also bc of the holiday season) but of late reaction from the customer service.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when parcels will arrive particularly during busy times such as Christmas. We apologise that your order hasn't arrived in perfect condition.
The balls are inflated for at least 24 hours before we print, so it's very unusual for them to arrived with a puncture.
Our Customer Services team will reply to your email shortly and offer you a re-print or refund.
