Above and Beyond Service
I wanted to make a booking for Coral Reef Club, Barbados. Unfortunately they are rather slow at confirming availability, but Robert at Best at Travel, said no problem, I’m calling Barbados later (time difference) and I’ll call direct he said. He came back to me an hour later having confirmed the rooms I wanted. No other agency had offered to do this for me, so I can’t recommend them highly enough!
The booking has been simple, organised and I received a reminder to pay the balance yesterday, which I have duly done. Many thanks to Robert!

Nothing was too much trouble for Vishali of Best at Travel
Nothing was too much trouble for Vishali as we changed our plans/itinerary a few times for our trip to Thailand.
Overall price beat several other agents and BA direct that we had looked at and happy with on paper the quality of the hotels and reviews plus an airline that us dinosaurs hadn't hear of but also has good reviews and is a direct flight.
We have used Best At Travel a few times and always been very satisfied

Great professional service.
The phone was answered immediately. Luke answered my inquiry with great knowledge. Within 15 minutes, several resorts were emailed to me for me to choose from. The whole inquiry was treated with great professionalism.
The next day, I spoke to Anjam and booked our holiday; once again the whole process was very professional.

THESE ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!! NO REFUND FOR OVER 3 MONTHS!
THESE ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!
Like many others I am awaiting a refund from over 3 months ago!!! Numerous emails and the same ignorant replies saying they can’t process the refund until August 17th which has now passed and no communication to inform me of any delays.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour! They are illegally now keeping my money which should have been refunded 3 months ago.
The only solution now is a chargeback and to contact the Travel Ombudsman. These need to be reported.

Please accept our sincerest apologies that we have not been in touch before now.
Unfortunately, due to the amount of refunds we have had to process from the beginning of March there is a backlog, which we are trying to work through as quickly as possible. We are aware you were advised that your refund would be processed week commencing 17th August and we are truly sorry we were unable to process your refund in the timeframe previously provided.
Due to the backlog your refund is now logged for September. We are awaiting the exact date from management so this information can be communicated to you as soon as possible.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS
These clowns have no money to pay refunds back.

Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a significant backlog within our refund and payments processes, which has been exacerbated by the disruption and additional operational pressures stemming from the crisis in the Middle East. Unfortunately, this has resulted in delays in handling a number of refunds, including yours. However, we appreciate that this does not make the delay any less frustrating.
