Brilliant service! Can not recommend enough quick delivery and we had a slight mark on a draw front and they have sent us a new one no question asked!

I used Best beds to buy wooden Mission double bed I placed my order on Tuesday and the bed was delivered on Thursday only after two days. It was so prompt even in this corona lockdown , unbelievable. We found the bed as advertised. Assembly was easy although one of the screws was defective,it did not have sharp tip like other screw. But our handyman managed it. Overall very satisfied with the service they should provide some extra screws

If only all companies were like Best Beds. Ordering was simple, communication was excellent throughout and the bed (3ft Mission) was a great price, great quality & arrived swiftly. It's a solid construction, the drawers are a really good size & I love the extra space opposite the drawers to store boxes of little used things. I picked Best Beds because of their customer reviews & i'm happy to say they lived up to them! I had a minor problem with a bed piece & was sent a replacement piece the very next day which solved the issue. Problems happen but customer service doesn't always care, delighted to say that Best Beds do care and I would highly recommend them.

Bought a cabin bed with drawers for my son. Delivered quickly and packaged really securely. Putting it together was easy. The runners were already on the drawers which was a bonus! Great quality and a really competitive price.

We are very pleased with this bed. Firstly, it arrived very promptly from ordering and the delivery updates were very helpful. Secondly, my son loved the look of the waxed wooden bed with storage...it has not disappointed...it is very well made from solid pine, with all of the fittings for it. It looks very smart. It took me a little while to construct on my own, but it all fits together well.

We bought a bed a few days before Christmas (a particularly busy time of year!) and were desperate to get it set up before the big day. I cannot overestimate how brilliant Best Beds were. The bed was dispatched very quickly, communication and tracking were excellent, and when the bed arrived it was perfect. All the instructions and parts were packaged in super intuitive way so that I could build it on my own. The bed is very sweet, great value for money and much loved by our son. Would recommend in a heartbeat :)
