**Fantastic bed, let down by the delivery company**

We ordered the small double side opening ottoman bed in soft velvet cream from Everest Beds, and although things didn’t get off to the smoothest start, I have to say the bed itself is absolutely amazing.

Our original delivery was booked for Saturday between 10 am and 2 pm, but unfortunately, it didn’t arrive as planned. However, I spoke with Julie at Everest Beds, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to help resolve the situation, and thanks to her efforts, we received our bed on Sunday instead.

It’s important to point out that the delivery issues were nothing to do with Everest Beds themselves, but rather the delivery company they use. Julie did her very best to put things right, and we really appreciate her help and customer service.

As for the bed itself, we honestly couldn’t be happier! It is beautifully made, excellent quality, strong and sturdy. We’ve had ottoman beds in the past, but none of them come anywhere close to the quality of this one. The soft velvet cream finish looks lovely, and you can tell it’s a well made, solid piece of furniture.

I would highly recommend Everest Beds for the quality of their products. My only suggestion would be for them to reconsider their delivery provider, as they are letting the company down and potentially damaging its reputation. It’s a shame when a company provides such a fantastic product and tries so hard to put things right, only to be let down by the people delivering it.

I ordered a superking size headboard, delivery was well within the expected delivery timeframe which was great. I got a text to say delivery would be between 6am and 12pm, it arrived at 12, I suspect the delivery man may have tried calling me as other reviews mentioned but my phone had blocked the number as spam unfortunately. Headboard was very well packaged and looks great.

Initial issue with lead time much shorter than expected but able to defer delivery for one week with no issues.
Delivery guys couldn’t have been more friendly and accomodating and bed/mattress and headboard lovely

Fabulous experience delivery good

After recently purchasing a Kingsize Ottoman bed from Everest and being highly satisfied with the order process, quality and delivery. I decided to use the company again to order a new double Ottoman and mattress for our son. The order process - still great, so easy to use. I opted to pay £89.99 again for delivery, room of choice and assembly, which I know seems steep but better for me as I struggle with arthritis in my hands.

I placed my order choosing a date suitable for me not the given date that comes up.
However, I received a text from the delivery company a week before my selected date stating they would be delivering my bed between 2 pm - 6pm on the Thursday and if I wasn’t in they can leave it outside. I contacted Everest immediately and spoke with Julie who was very helpful, she contacted the delivery company cancelled that date and arranged for the following Wednesday. On the Monday I spoke with Julie again and she informed me that my delivery would be delayed as the company had a vehicle off the road. It could be Thursday or Friday. It turned into a very stressful week, tense week not knowing exactly when the bed was coming, having to dismantle and remove the old bed and having appointments to go to.
I have to say Julie was wonderful and is a credit to Everest customer service. She tried her best to get confirmation delivery times and I spoke with her daily.

Eventually received my new bed and mattress on Friday afternoon the delivery guy phoned me 20 mins before he was really nice, polite and helpful.

The beds are great and are of good quality. Customer service is excellent but the delivery company seriously let you down, when you pay that much for the delivery etc you do expect better.

My bed arrived well before estimated date, delivery was great, email to say what day then driver give us a call a half hour before drop off, he was polite and helpful.
Bed well packaged and as described, infact better than expected!! my daughter is made up!
The only feedback I have to anyone that buys the ottoman style bed, it says don't cut straps until mattress is in place (obviously so doesn't spring open, makes sense) however to put bed in place then mattress on top, luckily slid straps off rather than cutting, to find inside bed the rest of the fixtures including casters/feet! so obviously mattress back off straps back in place and bed back on its side, not a major issue to us but just hope helpful to someone else.
been contacted today to make sure I'm happy and all was ok and have give them this feedback which they agree and are looking into.

We have just had our Everest Super King bed Delivered yesterday and after having slept on it for one night it looks and feels great. Adds a touch of glamour to our first house.
My husband took the delivery in and said the driver was polite and helpful and set the bed up in a timely manor. The driver even offered to bring our mattress upstairs with my husband when it wasn't even from Everest, where as Dreams that delivered the mattress had 2 men and just dumped it in the hallway .
I will have a look to order from Everest again and won't hesitate to recommend them as a company.

The customer service was really good, the mattress was made to order which was a nice touch.
You are given order updates and can check your 'live' order on the day.

I can a fantastic first night sleep and am really impressed as I went for a cheaper option due to finances but feels very comfortable and very well made Silk 1500 is a luxury mattress.

And the lovely Julie called today for my thoughts and experience, I would definitely use again

Very glad we opted to buy 2 ottoman divan beds from Everest Beds. Was able to get some free fabric samples before committing to an order which was fantastic. Divan bases are well made and solid and gives loads of storage. Only had to connect the two sections together, which is really simple.

Had an excellent night's sleep last night!

Would definitely recommend Everest Beds to my friends and family.

One star mark down due to delivery company - which has been passed over.
Was delivered on the specified date and time, however the agent was quite dismissive - assumed two men would turn up to deliver but only wondered with being heavily pregnant made it a little bit more difficult and was told “ you need to book that in advance and pay by the delivery company”

I have no issues with Everest beds and will happily purchase again. Was lovely to speak to Julie today thank you very much for listening.
