STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS NOT DOING THINGS ACCORD TO INSURANCE LAWS.I'm trying to save money so I put leads out there to get insurance so I get a call from them and she says it'll be $72 and something and then $48 a month after that I thought great so I call there another gentleman answers her line says she's busy he bills me through for this stuff I get two charges they sold me a roadside warranty and I live in Ohio he took my license that's in Florida still I can't transfer due to needing an SR-22 and took the information off of my license and gave me a non-owners SR22 filing for Florida with an address I haven't lived in 2 years and sold me a roadside assistance so I didn't get any insurance and I questioned it I have it in writing and text that this insurance this is insurance how much yes this is insurance only to find out 5 minutes after my phone call I get a I get the text email from them I'm looking at it and that's when I seen it I called the dispute the bill when I called back in regards to my situation I actually get blamed for what happened by some smart talking person who every time I spoke spoke over me and had absolutely zero concern and everyone it calls from there says I'm so and so you know see what he was Manny the supervisor she was a Maribel Mary the supervisor the guy I called that sent me another message is a supervisor I called dairyland's insurance to cancel it I called my bank to dispute the bill I'm calling the insurance investigate subscribe because that is insurance fraud I have all of the stuff that I gave them they wanted my information my name and all that and I never gave him a Florida address cuz I don't live in Florida

Scammy/AWFUL customer service

I needed a driver’s-only insurance policy to meet North Carolina’s requirement for getting a license. I received an email from Best Buy Insurance promoting “Non-Owners SR-22 Insurance Plans As Low As $10 A Month!” That was a complete bait-and-switch.

Jessica Rojas, the agent who contacted me, called multiple times and quoted me $89/month — nearly nine times the advertised rate (her number is, 949-989-4299, do NOT answer). She claimed I could call back the next day, cancel, and get a refund for any unused coverage. That was a lie.

What followed was an absolute nightmare. Best Buy Insurance handed me off to Dairyland Insurance through some agency called Breana’s Insurance Services. It was like playing a game of insurance telephone — no one knew what was going on, and no one took responsibility.

Jessica Rojas has never once answered my calls. Every attempt to reach her goes straight to voicemail. When I call her office, I either get vague promises to “leave a note” or I’m abruptly transferred to random branches mid-sentence, by very rude & disrespectful receptionists. I've emailed everyone involved and the only response I got was from Dairyland — who told me I could face early cancellation fees, directly contradicting what Jessica Rojas had promised.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. This entire operation is shady, disorganized, and clearly designed to confuse and trap people. Avoid Best Buy Insurance, Breana’s Insurance Services, and Dairyland at all costs. Don’t fall for the low-price bait/false promises like I did. You’ll just end up frustrated, out money, and without support when you need it.

Matt Murray is the freaking best after…

Matt Murray is the freaking best after two days of the run a around from Geico (doesn't provide sr22 in GA and other companies costing a $1000 plus!) Matt was affordable and fast found me the best deal and sent my required documents for the DMV while on the phone. They will continue to get my business! Best experience ever! Used them and save money please!!

This is by far the best experience I had in a while in my opinion, it take a minute to figure out how to write a rewrite but once I did i kinda wait the customer service was very helpful 10 out 10!!!

I contacted one of the Reps for a quote…

I contacted one of the Reps for a quote for liability insurance and a srr22. The insurance rep ask me very rudely what was my budget and I told him and he gave me a price and I asked him how long do I have before it expires and he said that they deleted right away they had too many customers that they want to deal with. So I told him that I'm not interested and then I hung up he then text me from a number that the insurance company provide for them and said this

I have bigger problems than trying to get a lower insurance rate and then text me a lot of harassing text messages his number was 949-549-1112

Purchased insurance, agents lied

Purchased insurance, agent lied that I will be able to cancel it. Tried to cancel - they say I can't cancel because of the state law. Then other agent confirmed that it is cancelled and I will get a refund soon. Never got refund after 1.5 months
