Exactly how described best thing I have bought in ages delivered in 48 hours over a weekend

I received my lint remover last week and noticed one of the blades kept falling off on the first use. I messaged Bestideas UK to let them know of my disappointment and they responded immediately, were so apologetic and promised to send me a replacement out (which i have received today- only 3 days later 👏👏👏). Their customer service is exceptional!!
The product itself is amazing- it’s actually quite horrifying how much the hoover leaves behind (having a very moulty german shepherd) but this has become my favourite passtime and is so satisfying to see how much it’s pulling up. I’ve done my whole house and my carpets look and feel so much cleaner 😊
I would recommend this product to everyone; especially those with pets ❤️❤️

Answered my query about delivery immediately, received my items the next day . Loved all my items . Was impressed with the price and the quality of all my items . 2 double fitted sheets and 2 large throws for my sofa , they fit great .

Initially it was just one *, until I realised that 'teeth' of my lint remover were missing. I contacted BestIdeas and with, absolutely no hesitation, they sent me a replacement product. I've gone from disappointed and felling duped, to absolutely obsessed with my new toy! It is the BEST lint remover I've ever encountered. My fluffy white cat leaves hair everywhere and it is soooooo satisfying to see it all being gathered u by the lint remover. So, amazing product, fabulous service.

The item arrived on time. Bought it to get rid of my cat’s hair and my carpets look like new.

Easy to order by telephone (because being of a certain age OAP)I don’t like ordering on line, they are helpful and despatch my order promptly and everything I try I always order two one for home & one for my caravan and products are good and very useful so good I have ordered two more today

I ike the product - it does the job and seems robust. But unfortunately I only received the item I paid for after complaining to Best Ideas when they emailed me about future promotions! Since then the company has been extremely responsive. It apologised and told me what happened to my purchase (it wasn't collected from the depot) and updated me on its progress before informing me when it had arrived.

Item never arrived and bestidease refused to respond to my emails asking them where my order was in response to you I tried emailing on 2 separate occasions but you never responded so I shared my experience on FB

Stop sending me unwanted messages. I will not be using your site ever again.

Bought a lint remover for our stairs carpet. I was amazed how much dog hair it picked up and I hoover it a lot!

I was so happy with it I went back and bought the bigger one and one for my Mum.
