I honestly can’t recommend Best Pawtential enough. We’ve used them with both Lady and Rolo for classes, 1-2-1 training and confidence work, and the support has been brilliant.

We regularly attend their classes, which have been great for socialisation, confidence, focus and general training. They’re really supportive and everything is explained in a way that’s easy to follow, without ever making you feel judged if your dog is struggling with something.

With Lady, they’ve also helped us work on her anxiety in the car through gradual exposure and confidence building, allowing her to progress at her own pace rather than pushing her too quickly.

Rolo has been working on his recall and general training, including 1-2-1 sessions while I’m at work, which has been such a huge help. Knowing he’s still getting structured training, stimulation and attention while I’m busy takes a lot of pressure off me.

What I really love is that they understand that every dog is different. Lady and Rolo have completely different personalities and need completely different approaches, and that’s always taken into account.

They’re patient, knowledgeable, approachable and clearly genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Both dogs have come on so much, and I’ve learned loads along the way too.

I’d absolutely recommend Best Pawtential to anyone looking for classes, socialisation, confidence building, recall work or 1-2-1 training. ❤️🐾

I can't recommend Zoe Best highly enough. When Margie first started training, she was very reactive as she just wanted to be free to bounce around and play with everyone and everything.  Marjie is easily overstimulated, and I honestly wondered if we'd ever get to where we are now. Thanks to Zoe's patience, knowledge, encouragement, and understanding, Margie has made incredible progress in a short period of time already.  Margie has already moved from the reactive obedience class into the puppy obedience class and she's also gradually transitioning from the reactive social classes into the puppy social classes. Zoe has always taken the time to explain things clearly, given me practical advice, and supported both me and Margie every step of the way. If you're looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about both dogs and their owners, I would recommend Zoe without hesitation. Thank you for everything you've done for us. Zoe is very calm when dealing with reactive dogs. The reactive dog class provides me with an opportunity to take my dog to a controlled environment to confront his fears.

Zoe also arrange pack walks..i was able to take my dog on a group walk with other reative dogs. After a noisy start he began to relax and behave like an ordinary dog.

Was such a simple process to purchase dog training classes on the website. Talked about my dog and his needs to find what class was most appropriate. Such a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring trainer. I would recommend this company to everyone! Amazing

Zoe and her team welcomed us and our pup and put our minds at ease straight away. She has such a natural affinity with all the dogs, looking forward to more classes

Glad we found Zoe. We’ve learnt so much and whilst we’re still going to classes our pup is amazing. For us it wasn’t a quick fix - I attend class to learn: the training is more teaching the human and working at it. We’ve just been camping and had the best dog on the campsite. He is working hard to not jump up to meet people (he’s not done that at all this week), he’s walking nicely and is turning into a lovely family dog. Not the closest class to us, but worth the travel for what we’re learning, using and putting into practice.

My Staffy- Bella is improving a lot after each session. Great for the dog owners as well to learn how to deal with the issues. Fully recommend this!
