Completely different offer to the one I was sent the previous day ! I hadn't screenshotted the offer the previous day so had no proof. Absolute thieves don't bother with their offers !

Absolutely shocking customer service, deposited money and said transaction declined, the money was taken from my bank. After a live chat I was asked to provide the transaction number (which I thought they should have found for me) then asked to screenshot the transaction on my banking app. After doing this they want me to download my bank statement as proof of deposit! Which I thought I had already done with the screenshot. Don’t use this site they are thieves.

They ran an offer, bet £50 on an acca, get £50 free bet if it loses. Only terms they stated were up to £50 free bet and min odds of 2/1.
Absolutely nowhere on the offer did it state minimum selections, so the default for accas, unless stated is 2 selections.
My bet lost, went to claim my free bet and was told the terms stated were for 4 selections...which as I said, was not stated anywhere in readable format on the offer. There was no link to any terms, nothing.
So, they stole my free bet.
