Worst casino for players and VIP hopefuls

Update!!! Well I'm sorry earlier review, i didn't realize i was being bought off, shortly after writing this review, Naomi the Phony showed up again and lost her mind on myself, a VIP player, yes this is 3rd time and yes i gave her a couple chances as everyone has bad days but 3x is a pattern not bad days, well i told Naomi, bet and plays vip player concierge that this was it, i parted ways meanwhile she was still ranting how hard it is to take care of players. Don't get me wrong I'm sure when treated properly we become bratty but spending as much money as i did here i figure bet and play should work a lil bit. They take a lot of my money, but anyway, the first 2x i had not contacted main site i just distanced myself and eventually after her enticing me back i forgave and moved on, well as this was last straw i did contact support to get a new manager and everything fell on deaf ears, i emailed support, vip support, individual vip managers and no one reply. Now i have full picture of site and its practices, Naomi is the way she is cause of management and leadership at casino. She was unprofessional because everyone else is, she didn't care that a vip player just had the worse bad beat ever because nobody cares on site, i was getting my wife to play here and low and behold she won a pragmatic drop and win, and didn't receive her winnings and just as suspected she contacted support and vip support and no one cares and she's being given run around. Figures as much as again because i cared i never let it known that 4x my withdrawls were held, and sometimes not even accepted for no reason other then they just skipped me, when contacted told it was in ques. Then nothing for days, naomi on first emails towards me said she's avalible 24/7 but forgot to mention that that was lie and would snap when i messaged and messaged to no avail finally being told she has a life and stuff going on. I told her well don't say 24/7 if that's not care, I'm gunna assume as such if being told as such. So yes i had just returned from last blow up of hers and still in euphoric state and she caught me off guard asking for this review for $100 bonus cash and i bit, then she reminded me of why i left and the rest of site and management made me realize that i should have never returned nor talked anyone to come to this mess let alone my own wife. Actual support has no power and only there to answer queries not fix anything as they could even if they wanted to, managers are sparce and refer you to your manager who if lucky has crazy mood swings you don't know who your going to get each day, and if something happens don'th bother wasting your time messaging anyone else, your false vip status is just that cause if true vip your concerns would be heard and not ignored. Do not come to this site its not worth headache and most good reviews have been bought trust me. Anyone true will tell u as such. 2 thumbs down, -10 on 1-10 scale, regular support gets thumbs up as they try its managements doing they have no power and leave its players to incompetent moody phonies that call themselves managers. Haha laugh able.

Worst casino ever. WORST! I've lost so much money on this casino, and when i tried to withdraw my winning money, they rejected it, recalled it, canceled my requests. Why are they still open, what should we do to get our money back? This casino company need to be close down. They stole our money. I didn't experience this with other casinos. It feels like someone just came in my house and stabbed my heart. $1100 is now in the toilet. Please stay away from this casino. Let's find the way to get them back. This is not right. I used my debit card to deposit money to play not bank transfer. I can't believe they are having problem withdrawing money back to my debit card. This is well planned. I'll put it simple I was robbed by the company and told low by my supposed vip manager who said she was there to help instead she was an accomplice on fleecing people out of such small amount from poor people and rather give to those who has more money I was robbed Yesterday for money I had won fairly with badgering and bonus but when the amount for them was significantly high in expected they decided to rob me I've better same with bonus bets others time to finish wages bo problem yesterday I was blindly robbedy last point is going to make some sort of push back regarding this whether it's this or another I'll make a statement

I would not recommend this casino

I would not recommend this casino. Although their platform and VIP service is good, there are other factors that make this casino horrible. I have NEVER been able to use the bonus offers for cash match. I have escalated this multiple times and never get a response. I spoke with their support, emailed support and spoke to VIP manager. They will manually add a bonus but it is never near what I should have received. For example, I will receive emails advertising their cash bonus match so if I deposit $500, I should be getting $250 as advertised but the most the VIP team will do is $100. After multiple escalations and still not viable resolution, I have closed my account and will not be using their services. As far as I am concerned, they do not care about their customers because this should have been rectified or at the very least, some form of resolution should have been provided. I have easily missed out on hundreds if not thousands in bonus cash due to this. Stay away and use other casinos where they respond to customer inquiries and offer resolutions.

UPDATE: As per the response provided, you have admitted to not providing the bonuses as advertised. Yes bonuses were provided but NEVER received the correct amounts as advertised and therefore have missed out on thousands of dollars in bonuses. There has been no attempt to make this right and my emails have been ignored. To say that I never inputted the bonus codes is false as I have sent numerous screenshots in the past showing that I was entering the codes. I have now requested to close my account multiple times over the past 2 weeks. I have submitted 7 email requests and spoke with the VIP manager where my request has yet to be fulfilled. There are numerous other casinos you can use where they value their customers such as lucky7even.

Worst casino I have ever been to. Their verification process is excruciating and it is virtually impossible to get paid. I tried for 5 days and was given a constant run around, no one would guide me through the process or answer my questions even when I repeated them multiple times. I finally gave up and just blew through my winnings and requested to have my account deleted. Do yourself a favour and stay clear, there are many casinos with instant payout and helpful customer service.
