Danach Geld wieder auf meinem Konto wegen Technischen Problemen. Diese Casinos sind Ilegal und dürfen in der Schweiz und in Deutschland gar nicht anbieten. What a horrible experience! Happy to spend money and enjoy playing on the online platforms but unfortunately betandplay do not protect the customer, I have been wanting to close my account for 2 weeks due to the terrible in-game play the lack of in play bonuses mixed with very poor wins. Never am I expecting to win against the casino but they literally rob you blind! So after this experience, I decided to try and close my account, of course nothing online and indeed you have to email... how very convenient.. not. After emailing multiple time and getting no response, I spoke with an online agent who said I needed to email (again making it hard) I sent and email and got a reply whilst talking with the agent but yet 1 week later my account is still active with more follow ups being ignored. I'd stay clear of this casino and obviously a lot are linked (just a different name) maybe stay away from Casinos in Malta!
