A SCAM! Watch out guys, this website is a scam, i wanted to test it out so luckily I only put 10eur in there. It is a scam and they wont pay you out, they will keep telling you that its impossible to verify your ID

Geld eingezahlt und nun kann ich es nicht zurück bekommen, bevor ich nicht alles 1 Mal mit einer Quote von mindestens 1,5 umgesetzt habe. 3 Tage a über 2 Stunden mit dem Live-Chat, etliche Probleme mit der Verifizierung von mir und meinem Einzahlungskonto und dann kommt zum Schluss diese Aussage. Es geht nicht um Bonis etc., das würde ich ja verstehen, es geht um mein eingezahltes Geld, welches ich nur zurück haben und das Konto dann schließen möchte. Wenn das Auszahlen von eigenem Geld schon nicht klappt, möchte ich nicht wissen, wie es bei Gewinnen aussieht.

DELINQUENTI, questi imbroglioni non pagano le vincite, al momento del prelievo ti dicono che entro 72 ore elaborano il pagamento, una volta passate queste 72 ore annullano i prelievi inventando scuse stupide di conseguenza non lavorando il sabato devi ricominciare tutta la trafila e passano settimane e settimane 👎👎

Erst werden alle Dokumente zur Identifizierung akzeptiert. Bei einer Auszahlung werde diese dann plötzlich abgelehnt und es gibt kein Geld. Nicht zu empfehlen

Update: nach langen hin und her, Foto von Reisepass, Kreditkarte und Kontoauszug ging das Geld nun bei mir ein.
Die zweite Auszahlung von 600€ ging nun auch ein.

Ob das jetzt nur Zufall ist, weiß ich nicht. Da es eine sehr schlechte und mühsame Abwicklung war, das Angebot und die Quoten gut sind, gibt es nun 3 Sterne.

Good book, but when you are actually profitable and go to withdraw, they give you the run arounds on verification. Been a 2 month long battle, sent every document possible still having trouble verifying me. Would not go if you are actually making money

wie schon einige hier geschrieben haben, ist der Verifizierungsprozess eine Katastrophe und ich empfinde das als völlige Absicht um nicht auszahlen zu müssen.

Nachdem ich gewonnen habe und auch alle angeforderten Unterlagen zur Verifizierung(Einzahlung, Identität und Adresse) eingereicht habe, wurde mir die Auszahlung verweigert mit der Begründung, dass ich noch meine Adresse nachweisen müsste. Der Verifizierungsprozess war bereits abgeschlossen und auch bestätigt(Fotobeweis liegt vor).

Es hieß dann plötzlich, dass Auszüge von digitalen Banken nicht zählen würden. Ich frage mich in welchem Zeitalter Betovo lebt. Natürlich haben die meisten heutzutage eine digitale Bankverbindung und lädt Kontoauszüge, wenn gewünscht, als pdf Datei runter. Das weiß natürlich betovo auch und lehnt das bei Auszahlung ein als Nachweis ab, aber natürlich nicht bei Einzahlungen.

Schade, da die Seite im Grunde recht gut aufgebaut ist und das Angebot sich auch sehen lässt. Aber diese unseriösen Machenschaften bei Auszahlungen sind einfach untragbar und macht die Seite einfach total uninteressant. Im Übrigen wurden bei bisher allen anderen Anbietern bei denen ich wette oder Casino Spiele die eingereichten Unterlagen akzeptiert.

Ach ja, und nach meinem Chat mit dem Kundenservice kann ich auf einmal nicht mehr auf meinen letzten Tippschein zugreifen. Die Spiele beginnen erst mit heutigem Datum.

Ich würde nach meiner Erfahrung sagen: Finger weg. Andere Mütter haben auch schöne Töchter. Leider hat mich diese Erkenntnis aber 10€ gekostet.

I made a crypto deposit and was redirected after confirmation to the site back with a crypto deposit status pending, after 3 days my deposit still didn't reach my wallet even customer service are with no answers and keeping repeating the same story with some technical issues! Customer service useless and doing nothing to provide you with some info!
First time ever had a crypto deposit problem, i can only imagine what hell will i get thro with withdrawal, just avoid!
