From start to finish i have had a great experience with Better.
The sales team was friendly and Oli the installer was great too.
Oli was very knowledgeable of the system and answered all my questions and got it set up exactly how i wanted it.

Horrendous company to deal with

Horrendous company to deal with

We have been with this ‘company’ for three months. We are on your database before you start denying it !

The experience has been a shambles from the start. Our phone lines still having issues so we are missing calls from clients. Ware paying much more now that we were before for a sub standard service . Supposed to be doing rebates to get reduction in bills as agreed before signing contract but Better never respond to phone calls or emails

Stay well away . These inflated costs will cripple my business . Look at all the other 1 star reviews and all tell a similar story

Positive. Reviews seem to spring us like clockwork whenever there’s a bad review . Trustpilot should be investigating the validity of the 5 star reviews .

So relieved I checked the other 1 star reviews

Very very very bad experience

Close to two hour sales hustle from one of their sales agents. No paperwork in sight . Try and get you to sign up without reading the terms. In the end I told the agent to leave. 2 hours wasted

Read all the other 1 star reviews and thank goodness I didn’t sign up

Also, I’ve just noticed that whenever there’s a negative review for this company , two or three positive reviews mysteriously appear

We had our upgrade today with Ryan. Great guy, called when on his way, did not disturb us at all and got on with the install. Went through new features and suggested different options to help us. He also sorted out a PC that wouldn't connect and tidied up many wires that were that all over the desk. Very happy customer and highly recommend. Thank you!

Dishonest Company

Terrible company. They try taking my money . They don’t give agreements . They take money. Too much money. They charge me more than sales guy said. They are very bad peoples They say I’m now in 7 year contract . The sales man said it was 18 month contract. Hidden charges for renting equipment . Please do not use this company . Use a reputable telecoms company . I am now seeking legal advice

Another observation . Whenever this company receive a bad review . 2/3 good reviews miraculously appear straight after the same day

STAY AWAY . This mistake will cost my company thousands

Mis-sold and completely misled – avoid.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Better Phones and feel we have been completely mis-sold.

We were clearly told on multiple occasions that our monthly costs would be no more than £163 and fully inclusive. We have since been charged significantly more, with additional costs only revealed after signing.

We were also told the contract was 18 months, but it is actually 7 years — something we would NEVER have agreed to, especially as our business lease is only 5 years.

We were further misled regarding Starlink, which we were told would be included, only to find out it is limited and will cost us more after 18 months.

On top of this, the phone system itself has been unreliable — calls cutting out and running extremely slow, which is unacceptable for a business relying on customer communication.

We also have serious concerns about documentation, as we have seen signatures applied to documents that were not signed.

As new business owners, we feel completely taken advantage of. This situation has caused significant financial stress and disruption to our business.

We are now in the process of escalating this matter further.

We would strongly advise other businesses to proceed with extreme caution.
