Sold me a product they they could not install for SEVEN MONTHS (August to March) leaving me trapped in an position where I was paying out-of-contract rates with previous comms supplier but could not find an alternative because I was trapped leasing equipment and a line from 4Com/Bibby. Argued with me about an installation that never happened and then argued with me about invoices they said they'd pay to cover the leasing on the equipment that I couldn't use because of the delay.
The they said they could install a different type of connection... could they not have done that six months prior?
Complete waste of time and money.

4Com’s customer service and technology support are second to none. In nearly seven years as a customer, I have never had a problem they couldn’t help resolve. Their staff are always helpful, friendly and professional, whether communicating by video, phone or email.
On the rare occasions where an immediate solution wasn’t available, the team were always willing to work through the issue with me, brainstorming possible approaches until we found a practical way forward. That level of engagement and commitment to helping the customer is something I have always appreciated.
Even now, as we approach the end of our contract and face an uncertain future for our business, they have been extremely supportive in helping us manage the transition and making the process as straightforward as possible.
Special thanks to Davron for his help and professionalism throughout this process.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- I wish I had NEVER picked up the cold call that they made to me.
I am currently 3 years in with this company. I filed a huge complaint and put a review on trust pilot when I realised I had been blatantly lied to in order to achieve a sale from their Sales Rep Oliver.
I thought I would take a quick look to see if anyone else is still experiencing bad reviews from this company. I was promised by Company Director Anthony that the salesman who came to me had gone and that hopefully my experience will never happen to anyone else again…..
I am today reading 4Com latest bad reviews and they sound VERY much the same as my experience with them. It appears nothing has changed at all. They still have salesmen who lie and cheat to get innocent people to sign an agreement that has not been explained properly.
Keep AWAY from them. I make sure I tell everyone and will continue to do so.
I was originally told 4Com would supply
all my mobile phones, they would deal with upgrades every 18 months /24 years and reduce my phones to £15 sim only deals with them.
Not told you will only get 1 £750 upgrade refund in the 7 year contract. The rest you pay for yourself.
Told accident damage not a problem, they would replace damaged phone.
Not told I had to pay £38.99 insurance for this privilege.
Told 2 year contract could cancel or reduce package if need be.
Not told you can’t cancel 7 year contact, nor reduce it.
4Com contract 2 years. True
Not told Hi Hi handsets - 7 year lease contract - at No point was I told this.
When I filed my last review about 2 years ago company director Anthony called me personally off the back of that review to apologise, asking me to remove the review if he resolved the issues.
I didn’t remove the review as I was unsure the promises would get fulfilled……. And I was right.
3 years in and I have now been told to find the date Anthony made all the promises on the phone. They have no proof any promises were made to me.
I’ve been asked If I can provide the date Anthony phoned me 3 years ago they will find recording to see what was said.
All lies and false promises. I have wasted hours of my life with emails and phone calls fighting my corner to get this company to honour what they promised me.
1, Promised once when they sold me the deal,
2, Promised twice when Anthony promised to honour the bad salesman’s lies/false promises.
3, Third time now, 3 years in. I have to find the conversation date I had with Anthony the company director that had now left the company.
According to Cam at mobile support who I am now dealing with, there is no records their end that Anthony had agreed to honour all that their terrible salesman offered.
Do Not Let them in your Office.
I would never use this company again, 7 year contract on over priced phones. We are paying about £900 a month for 7 phones.

If you wish to inadvertently enter into a hidden leasing agreement then this is the company for you. I am warning you now, don't look at all the great reviews which are from people newly signing up with them because they don't know what's coming. SHARKS.
BTW. 4 com, don't bother with the take it up with our team reply, because we did and received a warning letter of being blacklisted if we wanted to get out if the agreement.

The lack of transparency & lies of this Company is unbelievable. There tactics to try to get you to sign direct debits mandates that I believe were not required very devious, (they had one but tried to gain two further ones). I could go on.

AVOID! We have just been quoted 28k to get out of our contract. Initial costs look good but it's a total rip off and a company preying on small businesses.

Public Warning About My Experience With 4Com.
I want to warn other small businesses about my experience with 4Com, which has been the most underhand and misleading company Ashford Sewing Centre has ever dealth with. (Been in Business for nearly 50 years) DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT AT THE POINT OF SALE AS THERE IS NO COOLING OFF PERIOD!
Misrepresentation at the point of sale, I was told by the sales representative that staying with my existing provider XLN was not an option "due to Daisy consolodating all its telecoms businesses" and that I was "in good hands with Daisy". I'm shocked that Daisy have no issues with 4com operating in this way under their umbrella.
False Pricing Claims, I was assured verbally and in writing that my total monthly cost would be £98 covering everything XLN previously handled. This turned out to be untrue. When XLN's directors office contacted me to retain my business they immediately backed off the moment I mentioned the HiHi system & 4Com, this is when I started to look at reviews and found out more about 4Coms unethical sales practises & hidden costs from dozens of other businesses. I Urge you to do the same!
No Mention of a Finance Agreement, At no point during the sales process was I told that I would be entering into a third-party finance agreement. The contract was presented as something I could review during a cooling off period "as I can see your busy and have taken up enough of your time" with reassurances that any questions could be addressed. Those reassurances recieved via direct email and conversations with the sales representatives turned out to be worthless.
Post-Sale Behaviour, 4Com repeatedly dismissed all previous correspondence and verbal/written assurances instead pointing to the VERY small print clauses buried in the contract signed at the point of sale with no adequate time to read. The sales representative who made the promises and gave assurances left the company shortly afterwards.
Performance of equipment, phoneline and broadband constantly drop out, every single day I recieve phonecalls from customers where one of us are unable to hear the other.
Billing Issues and Complaint Handling, six months in, I have still not recieved a single accurate bill and had all requests to terminate our agreement dismissed and have spent countless hours trying to deal with this. I have exhausted 4Com's internal lenghty complaints process and have escalated to the Ombudsman, I am currently seeking legal advice as I have never encountered a company that operates in such a unethical, misleading and underhand way. If you are a small Business/Charity considering 4Com I strongly urge you to proceed with extreme caution.

We Have been with 4 Com since they took over Meraki
They are the worst company I have dealt with in 40 years of working. The Tech and Service support is appalling as A charity that works with clients with Urgent mental health issues we have now not had a working service for the last 5 days! it has taken them that long to establish we need an engineer! Despite me spending hours holding on the phone and speaking with at least 7 different people, They could not run a bath!

Best customer service, Best tech help, will return call when say they will, equipment first rate, bit more expensive than other company's, but you have to pay for perfection, resigned for another 3 years, would recommend to any one.

To be clear, my review is purely about the service from one particular staff member, Davron in their customer service department. I found Davron to be thorough, helpful and patient in dealing with our account closure.

This should be illegal. The sales reps lie to your face about the terms of the equipment rental (via a separate agreement with Propel). You are not given enough time to read pages and pages of small print because they pressurise you to sign on the day. You end up being locked into a 7 year contract, and to renew your "discount" after 18 month you have to sign a new 7 year contract. As an example our initial rental cost was £22k, and the new one the offered 18 month later was £37k. I refused. Now our costs are 4 times higher than when we used a different provider, and we still have 5 years to go... I won't even go into the details about the poor service. Shameful unethical business practices by 4Com

Absolute bunch of thieves and the most DISHONEST company you can come across. If I could swear and use profanity to describe them I would!!
Despite me telling them that I am in a fixed price contract and still have 3 years left , they verbally agreed to match and honour my contract for the same price with new current equipment. What a bunch of scammers ! They hid the terms and conditions of the contract and completely ignored what I said and put me into a 7 years lease contract
For the equipment. They are a sneaky company to deal with! I could say more,
BUT READ CAREFULLY WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING , AS THEY DO NOT REFLECT THAT IN THE CONTRACTS DESPITE THE VERBAL ASSURANCES. I’ve made a complaint, but hold little hope.
