Couldn't find my laptop on the site, so mailed support. Couldn't identify from model alone so asked for either details, or a photo. With a very confusing label, I just sent a photo. VERY quick response advising the part number I needed, sorry we don't carry these, but try here. So excellent support, even when they didn't make a sale.

I received a completely unasked for refund for a battery that I had been unable to use for no fault of Batter Batt.
My device failed AFTER I had installed their battery. It worked long enough for me to be sure it was not a fault with the battery but another unrelated issue. Despite that fact that the battery supplied had been opened and used (albeit briefly) and that I made no claim against them Batter Batt went ahead with the refund on a goodwill basis.

I ordered a replacement GPS battery on Aug 6th with the understanding that it was being shipped from China and would take 20 days to arrive. After waiting 25 days I called and was told it would take another 14 days. It finally turned up on Sep 22nd (another 22 days after my call).

Although the battery I ordered was backdated and it took two months to get here, the staff immediately responded when I queried how much longer it would be. I got a prompt response and the battery arrived in a timely manner.

Really helpful people who helped me make an exchange for the correct battery after ordering the wrong one.

Absolute scam. I asked for a refund (1 day after I placed the order) since I wasn't sure if my package was going to get delivered on time. I was told I'll get my refund and a day later that gave me a refund but after another day they just charged me again. DO NOT but from them, they'll take your money.

I ordered a laptop battery for an old (obsolete) netbook. When the battery arrived, it didn't fit properly (I imagine that the model has since been superceded). I contacted Better Batt regarding returning the battery as it was unsuitable. Not only did they agree to provide me with a full refund, but they also paid for a prepaid postage label to make the return easier. I wasn't expecting this as none of the problem was their fault, it was just an unfortunate result that the battery didn't fit and the one I needed wasn't stocked any more. Full marks for integrity, Full marks for customer service, Full marks for being good people. Even though I didn't end up with the product I wanted, I can't speak highly enough of the way Better Batt conduct their online business.

delivery of the new battery was as fast as possible, when it wouldn't charge I contacted Better Batt who advised me that the connection to the phone from the battery may be faulty, I cleaned the connection with metho, all good.

These folks provide A-grade customer service. I had an issue with a laptop battery I ordered, and they resolved it for me via email and sent me a replacement battery. All of this with no delays and hestitation and with complete courtesy and a desire to get to a resolution. It's been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Sunshine responded quickly , clearly explaining the delay. The item was then dispatched immediately and received in an acceptable timeframe. I will continue to support Better Batt.

Great service, always kept me informed of progress from start to finish

I ordered a 3ds replacement battery over a month ago. It said next day shipment on the site and I was a little confused when it hadn't been shipped a week later. Contacted support and the number on the site. They informed me that it was on back order and would take around 20 days. Initially I thought it was a scam due to conflicting info, BUT, I spoke with someone at the office and had a support member email me updates and it has all been resolved. And I should hopefully receive my order next week. Thank you for working with me to keep me informed. Much appreciated!

The web site is easy to navigate and order. The warehouse is quick to send out your order. The staff offer fast and friendly after sales service. Every other customer based company should take note - this is how it's done.
