I placed an order with Better Batt for a new laptop battery on Saturday, then on Sunday realized that there were additional problems with the computer that rendered it not worth fixing. I emailed Better Batt and explained the problem and cancelled the order. By 9.15am Monday I had an email from Sunshine at Better Batt advising me that the cancellation was in progress, and by 9.30am I had confirmation that the credit card refund had been processed. You can't ask for better service than that!

Still waiting, it left Melbourne 4 days after payment, expected it to leave same day or day after payment

Problem with mixup of delivery was identified and resolved quickly and errors corrected.

Shine made our experience so easy. We had to return batteries we had wrongly ordered, and she organised the return of the batteries and ordered us the correct ones and sent them to us. She kept us informed as to when to expect the delivery.

Ordered 2 batteries on 26 January, it's now 4 March and finally, they are on the way.... More than 5 weeks later. That is not good service!

The battery was delivered quickly. There was an issue with my order at first and I was contacted quickly to resolve it which was nice, because replacing my battery was very time-sensitive. The battery life is great. A high quality product that does the job perfectly.

Marvin from Better Batt answered my email query very quickly, and I ordered straight after he gave me his advice. The product arrived much quicker than I had even hoped (even in the lead up to Christmas) and my Bose SoundLink Mini speaker is now working better than ever. On and off my laptop was unable to detect the battery and I was out of the Better Battery return window of 400 days from the purchase date. But I still thought of connecting with them for a solution and wasn't disappointed at all.
