Would not buy from this company again - damaged bed, didn’t arrive when said & when it did only box 1 of 2 came with the 2nd box a week later even though I had cancelled my order. I had to do lots of chasing. You also don’t get a refund until the box is on the lorry even though I emailed photos of the damage. The bed is also not coming from Better Bed Company it’s from another supplier. Lee was very helpful over the phone though but still wouldn’t buy from them again as clearly they don’t check the beds before dispatch.

I contacted him several times, even on Sunday, with different questions, and each time he was patient, professional, and extremely helpful. Brilliant company
I would highly recommend Better Bed Company for their competitive prices, quality mattresses & brilliant customer service. I ordered a mattress from them but encountered a problem so I got in touch & Lee was really helpful, he sorted it all out, arranged everything with the warehouse & kept me informed throughout, he also resolved my issue faster than I thought it was going to be so that's a bonus too! I would definitely use this company again & would be happy to recommend them to others too.

Better Bed Company are both competitive in price and quality.
The Ottoman Bed I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and at least a third of the price of other retailers.
The delivery was within a week, the items were well packaged, and the drivers were both courteous and friendly, having telephoned me in advance of their eta.

Great Price, Efficient, Friendly, Worth a go!
I placed an order for my new home but then the date changed for the move in date. Lee from the better bed company was super efficient and delayed the delivery date for me so it coincided with the new move in date. Top notch service and I am really pleased with the mattress I bought. If you get the chance give these guys a go definitely worth it :)

Good Quality, very pleased
Ordered a bed and mattress, very pleased, bed delivered as arranged. Lovely, nice quality, good price. I highly recommend this company. I had a slight hiccup with the delivery company, but Lee at Better Beds got it sorted for me.

Avoid- con artists
Ordered a double bed, wrong item sent that wasn’t as described or in the photo of the item I ordered. After much arguing with Lee and insisting to keep, they agreed to collect- then they went silent with my money and the item collected leaving my son without a bed for weeks. Chased and chased- Had to get PayPal involved in the end to reverse the charge. Absolute crooks

We still don't know who you are.
I can see we have an order with someone with the same name in 2024 but that is obviously years ago.
I can see the order now from 2024. This a review from 2 years ago, so i can't remember that much about it. It was because the supplier had put the wrong legs on the product image and hadn't updated the image, and told me that the leg colour had changed. We came out and collected the bed, and you hadn't told me they had been out, so i didn't refund you. If you had of emailed me i would have done a refund at that time. There is only me in the company so it's hard to keep on top, sometimes the supplier doesn't tell me when a bed has been collected. Thanks Better Bed Company
