Better Bidders Inc. Opiniones

Quick response and easily made changes when I requested based off the original quote. Shipment did not go out at expected time though.

John at Better Bidders saved the day. So responsive and reliable. I highly recommend better bidders.

I ordered my paddles very early and they arrived in plenty of time for our event. They were packaged well and arrived without damage.

John was very quick and helpful! We had a quick turnaround time and he ensured we received them on time and they were perfect! Thank you!

We were sent various types of bidding paddles to prove overall quality, were sent many different proofs for review, and ended up with good quality paddles for our live auction!

Excellent customer service. We will not order our bid paddles from anyone else.

John and the team at Better Bidders are amazing - professional, responsive, and deliver quality work. We've been customers for many years and have never been disappointed.

John was great help and offered support with tight deadlines. Defo recommend .

Better Bidders has great customer service and quality products. It's so nice to work with a company where you can talk to a live person via email or phone when needed, in fact it's even encouraged by their help chat bot! Their auction paddles are top notch and would last forever if our guests didn't steal them. My only tip for new customers would be that their lead times are a bit longer than what they quote, but don't stress because they always deliver on time.

Bid paddle quality and customer service by John Murphy is always top notch! Low cost plus quick turnaround time for proof and product.

From start to finish prompt service, advice and constructive. They were always happy to help to get perfect outcomes

Amazing personal service, great quality products, fair pricing and shipped on time. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Better Bidders consistently provided our organization quality products in a timely manner. From first contact to last touch always the best. Highly recommend using Better Bidders for your auction paddle needs!

John was helpful from the point of inquiry, sent samples per my request, and helped us iterate the design until it was just right. The paddles came out great and we're pleased with the final result.

They completed my order timely and provided exactly was ordered

The interaction with John was great! He is very responsive and it made the process so much easier. This is not my first time ordering with Better Bidders. The quality is great. I ordered 3mm White Sintra PVC plastic auction paddles and each side had different full color artwork. Separate set up fees for each side. I would love to see a pre-determined shipping fee options when placing the order online. Overall, fast, accommodating and great quality!

John at Better Bidders was fantastic to work with! He was prompt in answering my questions and provides a fantastic product. My nonprofit will be using Better Bidders for life!

Fast, easy to work with and just what I needed :)

John Murphy and Better Bidders are the ABSOLUTE Best! One of the easiest transactions I have had. John was professional and helpful every step of the way. Better Bidders will get all my business.

I love the bid paddles from Better Bidders!! Study plastic and very visible!
