Been a customer for years and always happy with their products and service! Great prices, and happy with the products I've received

they shorted me two ounces then ghosted me, take your money elsewhere.

UPDATE: After they read my review they contacted me and asked me to remove the review. will correct if they do what they said and send me the product.

At first they were reliable & responsive, sum very good deals & quality..
But last two orders were fumbled, one quite badly. First error, amount was underweight by 18 grams. They did respond, after several requests, and sent a replacement. Ok. But second error was sending a high energy Sativa strain, opposite to what was ordered, Indica strain. This is very important when a customer has anxiety & PTSD. They say, when stock is out, they will substitute with a similar strain. Not an opposite strain. I offered to send back on my dime, untouched & they can send an Indica strain. The web site said "in stock" when I ordered. They refused to exchange, making up arbitrary rules as they go along, as if sum kind of authoritarian. I'm stuck with a full oz of unusable stress inducing product. I mark this business as UNRELIABLE.

Paid for my order on there new pay system.now there saying never paid.
And now there ignoring my emails

I started doing business with BB two years ago. My marijuana doctor had registered me with the higher-priced distributors who sold a limited, low-quality product. I like BB, especially for its variety and reasonable prices. They have Express Post coupons and points. There is no other online store like it.

Just received my first order from better buds, I order a 4 oz a month from other online dispensaries. I usually go for the cheaper nibs. Which I did with better buds. It was a good deal it came very quickly but unfortunately every ounce is so dry I don't even need a grinder I can just break it up with my fingers. And of course it burns so fast. So needless to say a little disappointed I will go back to my other online dispensaries I think

Been waiting a week for my product. Been alot of back and forth with customer service and nothing has been resolved. My package was either never sent or is lost and they promise daily to send new products but when I ask I'm told to wait until they hear from Canada Post. I was recommended by a friend but with the issues I don't think I'll be using this website again.

I placed my first order for this type of product and was 100% with quick service and super fast shipment/arrival. Thanks!
