I won about £20 on slots from prize wheel free spins. Withdrew the cash. Now not had a win on prize wheel for 2 weeks. Play the game!

I won some cash at the weekend from their free spin feature and then a bet, just over £100. I forgot to update my card as I hadn't deposited in a while and proceeded to withdraw to the long outdated card. The withdraw came up and processed and left my betway account. I was contacted via email to say my withdrawal was unsuccessful and I need to change my payment/withdrawal method, however when I log back into my betway account the money didn't go back in and its not in my bank. I would love to know where it is so I can successfully withdraw. I cannot get in touch with customer support, their live chat is just an automated thing, no help at all so I emailed them and got an email back saying they don't monitor emails anymore so how am I meant to get this resolved.

Thankfully I have this situation resolved. I sent betway support a message on twitter and had a very prompt reply. I explained my problem the best I could and had it taken care of very professionally.
When I think back the situation was my own fault but I was frustrated I couldn't get talking to someone.
I just had a call from a lovely lady from betway who reassured me my winnings were processed to an updated card and I just checked my bank and the funds are there now.
I have changed my review based on the customer service I received in the end and I hope I get a bit of luck again soon on their site.

Terrible company. Limit you as soon as you start winning. Customer service is a joke. Don’t respond to you nor pick up calls. AVOID!

Please fellows avoid betting with Betway they a scum,I made withraw of K1280 which I thought I suppose reflect in my account immediately after the request up now it doesn't appear . the customer care also give fake promises . Please let avoid Betway

This company has withheld 1k in funds and closed my account with no explanation. Reading other reviews its seems they are pulling an "exit scam" where as they withhold all the funds in there users account and ban them. Basically a mass theft.

A complaint has been filed against there fianacial arm in Canada "Gigadat". If you are in Canada please report this buisness to the BBB, and consumer affairs Canada as they are complicit in the scheme.

We will be escalating to a complaint to local Law Enforcement as well

My deposit 6000rs and 1000 rs cut my account but not ad my betway account already goes 15 day my money is not back my account customer service complain but not solv my problem my money froed this app .

Had a series of winning bets on betway and then one withdrawal went mysteriously missing. The customer service was terrible and he came up with multiple excuses.

In the end. They welshed on the withdrawal.
Do not use betway cos if you win they dont pay you out

Absolutely terrible customer service. Unhelpful would be a massive understatement. Happy to accept a deposit (on a years old verified account with a debit card) refuse to process the withdrawal despite it being to be same payment method they happily accepted the deposit from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I’m not a regular gambler but opened an account to back Italy to win the Euro’s. Only £20 at 9-1 and it does clearly state 9-1 on the betting slip. I have a screen shot of this.I received winnings of £160 plus the stake. On contacting them I have been told I placed the bet in fractions not decimal, this was only 8-1 and the payout is correct. I’m not sure if this is right or not but surely it cannot be legal to state on the betting slip 9-1 and pay out 8-1? I cannot help but feel it’s a scam. 1 star is 1 too many.

AVOID BETWAY AT ALL COSTS. The customer service there is extremely slow, rude, unreactive and do not listen to the problems. It even takes them up to 5 minutes per response on their Live Chat feature. The functionality of the website is completely unintuitive and there is no "Account Settings" page. There are multiple different departments to handle the money which results in a withdrawal process taking up to two weeks. It is unacceptable.

Worst Bookmaker ever!

I was banned from there site after playing hundreds of pounds!!!

Anytime I placed bets and qualified for a potential free bet I had to contact their customer service taking precious time!!

The worst of all that when I wagered £20 to qualified the super free spin I was advised that I can forget it as I'm not eligible!!!

After several weeks of emailing and contacting their chat service they have finally refunded only £10 out of the £20!!!

When I contacted customer care by live chat .he informed your account is under suspension ..in terms and conditions they told us we will verify your account within 24 to 48 hrs .but I sent all my documents on 27th apríl.its more than 3days over .Atleast i said I will wait but provide me a maximum timeframe..they are not providing any timeframe so it might take upto 1year or 1 decade, there is no one to ask and importantly we can't do anything .so please care for your money and let's hope this cheating site will ban permanently in india.

Så bliver jeg kontaktet af kundeservice som vil have af vide hvorfor jeg har indsat "500 kr" og trukket dem ud igen. Jeg forklarer hende situationen, og at det er 5000 kr jeg skal have udbetalt. Hun undskylder fejlen og vil sende min "sag" videre op i systemet. 5 dage senere kontakter jeg igen kundeservice på samme mail, men nu får jeg pludselig svar om at der ikke responderes på henvendelser mere, og nu bliver jeg betjent på norsk. De skriver at min "forespørgsel" om at få udbetalt "500 kr" nu bliver express-behandlet indenfor 24 timer. Jeg retter dem igen angående beløbet, men har ikke hørt tilbage nu 48 timer efter sidste besked.

Jeg kan kun anbefale alle at holde sig langt fra dette firma. De laver en kafkask process ud af tingene når man vil have sine penge udbetalt. Det grænser til svindel
