Ecuadorian match was fixed .the referee gave 3+ injury timei..there was 2 separate stops during injury time for substitutions and unbelievably he blew for full time at 92:40 .I placed my bet around 80th minute..factoring in stoppages etc .this is equivalent of match abandoned.I want a refund or a ban on these matches

I had opened my account just couple of days when I've won £400 they close my account so I was unable to get my money and I've received an e-mail it was because of gamling...WHAT??! AFTER I've contacted them with question how to get my money which are mine, they told me I need to wait for another e-mail and when I asked them for how long do I need to wait they said DON'T KNOW...."PERFECT"...I will definitely find out they way how to report these ******!!!! BETWAY V.POOR! I put 3 bets on the US Presidential Election. Ladbrokes paid out first and were the smoothest. William Hill were next, but their website a/c did not work and I needed a lot of customer service to withdraw funds. The worst were Betway, who have still not paid out despite the result being certain ages ago
. Their communications are also terrible. AVOID!

Nachdem ich mich bei denen registriert habe, den Bonus angenommen habe und diesen Erfolgreich freigespielt habe, hatte ich knapp 2500€ auf dem Konto. Danach wollte ich weitere Wetten setzen. Jedoch, war mein Account war auf 5€ limitiert.
Das war ja schon nervig. Aber was danach kam ist in meinen Augen Betrug.
Ich hab also eine Auszahlung beantragt und parallel Dokumente für die Verifizierung bereitgestellt. Die Prüfung hat gefühlt eine Ewigkeit gedauert und ich wurde ständig hingehalten, dass diese noch geprüft werden.

Das Ende vom Lied. Betway sperrt meinen Account und behält mein ganzes Geld ein. Die Begründung dafür: "Entscheidung des Managements". Nachdem ich mehrmals gesagt habe, dass dies keine Begründung sei, haben die mich auf 7.2 in den AGBs verwiesen: "Es ist dir untersagt, unsere Leistungen zu nutzen, um unrechtmäßig Gewinne zu erlangen".

Diese Unterstellung ist einfach nur Lächerlich. In den AGBs steht, dass in so einem Verdacht man sich bereiterklärt zu Kooperieren. Allerdings wurde ich nicht mal dazu befragt oder sonstiges. Aber ist ja klar, was soll "unrechtmäßige Gewinne zu erlangen" auch bedeuten?!

Leider habe ich nicht vor der Registrierung "betway" gegoogelt. Es gibt unzählige vergleichbare fälle. Sobald jemand etwas mehr gewinnt, sperren die die Konten und zahlen nicht aus!

Da hat man mal eine Glücksträhne, gewinnt ein paar wetten und schon machen die was die wollen, kein Wunder dass man von denen so viel Werbung Sieht. Geld für Werbung haben die ja genug, wenn die keine Gewinne auszahlen.

Ich habe gerade eben noch eine E-Mail an das Management geschrieben. Ich möchte wissen, wie genau die ermittelt haben und was genau dabei rausgekommen ist. Bin gespannt was das für Detektive sind.

A bit dissapointed with this. I joined with betway because of the welcome bunus x2 & really wished I had seen the reviews before I deposited. I was enjoying a few hours playing on the roulette until i logged off and signed back on again later on the day and my account was empty then received an email saying my deposit was void because my bank account did not match my account details (this was not the case). No contact details, no live chat and Still waiting for that refund, unfortunately.

Having signed up to Betway they are a really good bookmakers in terms of betting and being speedy with betting and settling bets my disappointment is upon signing up and depositing I made a error with the bank card and all my bets were void and was told by betway by email my initial deposit would be voided,, at first I was told it would take 1 to 3 days then I was told it would take up to 11 business days so I waited and nothing then I was told I must send in a bank statement which I felt uncomfortable doing so..
I can't understand the fact I was told my initial deposit would be refunded and its like they don't take there customers word for it... So Frustrating when it's quite simple Iver betway we're going to refund me having voided everything or not and unfortunately for me they just weren't bothered!

Waste of time, con merchant, useless bookie. Fast to take your deposit but takes an age to withdraw, that’s if you receive it at all. Also notorious for blocking people’s accounts for no particular reason. Steer well clear and don’t waste your money!

The regular offer of bet £5 and get a free £5 bet now seems to require a minimum 5/1 qualifying bet. Of course this is stated in the t&c’s which I obviously didn’t read. Anyway, Betway App now deleted, goodbye.

There are quite a few positive reviews here, but these reviewers only seem to review this outfit. On the contrary the negative ones like myself had left reviews for other bookies or retailers like 'eurocarpart' or yodel.

I think these positives reviews are from users paid eg free bet, etc, to give a positive review for this outfit.

Please leave this outfit well alone; they accept your deposit, but will not allow any withdrawal, if you win.
