I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY POWER BANK! 6 WEEKS!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE!!

Wanted to like this but never received my products. The shipping page is in Chinese, so can't read tracking updates. The package has been stuck in "Shipment information received," for 21 days, from what I can translate. I emailed them three times and never heard back. I finally filed a fraud complaint through my credit card company that I used, and they refunded my money back. Doubt I'll ever receive the products.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I wrote numerous emails over a period of 1 month and heard absolutely nothing back. I wished to return the item as it got really hot on the phone when charging. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be buying from them again.

Been 2 months my product never got delivered no refunds & i keep receiving reviews

As previously mentionned. Item ordered for a friend, who has been leaving before receipt of this battery. No information available when ordering « posted available ». Delay between order and delivery unacceptable. First and last time I order thru your company. And the paid price is only 20 euros less than Apple Store for the same capacity.

Up until the point this charger arrived, I had absolutely NO IDEA when it would arrive, a 'UK Brand' with a London office, yet shipped from China ! Usually when you go through the 'Shop App' payment process you expect some form of quality and confidence in delivery and tracking - Beyond Chargers were almost impossible to contact, and when you did get through on 'live chat' through their website, it took days to respond, with a apologies, delays and excuses.

The product when it eventually arrived was well packaged and looks good, but the recovers are terrible and the scare stories are massive red flags.

I could not cancel this product, nor could I get a refund so I guess it will become an expensive paperweight with occasional use, but never for flying, and not to be charged when you are not watching it carefully.

I chalk this product up to shiny LED tech in orange that fails to deliver (in terms of product capability and logistical delivery) when a trusted 10,000 MAh unit from Anker would have costed less and be more trusted.

Magnet won’t hold. Slow delivery. Waste of time product.

I bought a MagSafe power bank from the Beyond Chargers website. After about 11 months, the device stopped working completely.

I contacted their support team by email, but only received a response after several reminders and about three weeks of waiting. Their reply stated that the warranty is only 6 months.

However, their website clearly states that the product comes with a 12-month warranty. I pointed this out in my reply, but since then I have received no further response.

Here is the exact text appearing on their website:
“At Beyond Chargers, we believe in the quality of our chargers, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on all Beyond Chargers products, covering any defects or issues. If something goes wrong, we've got your back.”

Very disappointing customer service and not a serious way to handle warranty claims.

AVOID this company at all costs!

Ordered a power bank on 13th January.
Got an email on 31st January to day expect it within 24-48hrs. Now 24h February and still no charger.

Raised a dispute with Amex who I used to make the purchase!

I’m sharing this to make others aware of what occurred with our Beyond Chargers power bank.

On January 27 at approximately 1:00am, the power bank ignited while charging, emitting open flames and heavy smoke. We were able to extinguish it before it spread further, but it caused property damage to our countertop, interior wall, wood flooring, and nearby items. The damage is estimated to be several thousand dollars.

I reported the incident to Beyond Chargers Limited and provided video and photo documentation. They acknowledged receipt of my initial email but have not responded to subsequent follow-up requests as of today, 2/20/26.

I will be filing reports with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) so the event is formally documented.

I am sharing this so others are aware of what occurred in case they own this product.

Delivery times stated are fabricated at best. ordered on 6th February states 6 to 7 business days for UK. On 11th Feb email to say will be with you in 24 to 48 hours. Checked tracking details and still awaiting to be collected by courier in China today on the 16th Feb. Seems a common thread across the reviews with delivery taken weeks not days. Product needs to be amazing to make it worthwhile however not of great use now as was bought for a holiday that starts tomorrow but no charger yet and will probably be back from vacation before it arrives.

Absolute daylight robbery. Ordered got a tracking which has been “in transit” for 2 months. No reply to mails asking for update and refund. SCAM! 😡

Wish I could give no stars - don't buy from this business. They are con men pure and simple. Customer Services are terrible when they actually reply, they delete your comments on Facebook.

Prodotto mai consegnato, assistenza evasiva

Ho acquistato un power bank dal sito Beyond Chargers a inizio dicembre. Il pagamento è andato a buon fine, ma il prodotto non è mai stato consegnato.

Il tracking risulta bloccato da settimane con una dicitura generica (“out-of-home delivery”) senza alcuna indicazione di punto di ritiro, tentativo di consegna o corriere locale.

Ho contattato più volte l’assistenza clienti: le risposte sono state sempre vaghe (“è in transito”, “stiamo monitorando”), senza mai fornire una prova reale di spedizione o consegna. Alla mia richiesta di documentazione ufficiale del corriere, mi è stato inviato solo uno screenshot di un aggregatore di tracking, che non dimostra nulla.

Dopo settimane di attesa e nessuna soluzione concreta, sono stato costretto ad avviare una procedura di chargeback tramite banca e Apple Pay, come previsto in caso di merce non ricevuta.

Consiglio vivamente di evitare questo venditore. La mia esperienza è stata di totale mancanza di trasparenza e di prodotto mai arrivato.

Man skal holde sig langt væk fra denne hjemmeside!!! De snyder en for penge prøv at se indberetningerne fra de andre kunder herind. Alle ud af alle har givet 1 stjerne ⭐️ og de alle har det problem at der går flere måneder før chargeren kommer og når den endelige kommer er den i stykker det er det alle skriver herinde tjek selv inden i laver den kæmpe fejl at bestille fra den hjemmeside her

If I had the chance I would give 0 star .
They send me a charger after a month what didn’t even work . Nothing like on the description. I asked for a refund , they pushed me to ask a replacement. I asked to send a refund I don’t want this product and they just ignoring me . they’re clearly scammers . PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DONT ORDER FROM THEM !
