Only 3 stars as my order wasn’t complete & I wasn’t notified until I enquired about the missing item.

I am a long term customer of BFP, and they always have what I need in stock and deliver quicker than I expect.
They are really helpful too, i recently had an issue with a delivery and Chelsy got it sorted out really quickly and easily.

Easy to order online with hassle free delivery. Great for busy bakers!

Speedy delivery of all ordered items. Only downfall was the lack of communication regarding the delivery date.

Previously this company has been great and very fast on delivery. I pay £10 for delivery which to me means it could be done overnight. The last few times however I order and then things are missing or it’s not is dispatched and I have to chase. When after 4 days i phone they can’t tell me when it’s going to be delivered. This is a terribly unreliable way to run a business! Not a happy customer.

After receiving disappointing service from similar companies, I was recommended to contact BFP.

I was really pleased with the positive, helpful attitude from Chelsea Garforth who responded immediately to all my questions with such a knowledgeable approach of the product.
It was a pleasure to work with her.

Can't fault this company, great products at a good price and their customer service is outstanding, Chelsea is very helpful. They delivery quickly and their delivery driver is a gentleman. Highly recommended products and service. A+

I’ve used BFP for the first time and must say I was amazed by the great service I have received.
Due to me missing the cut-off deliver time my product was delivered later than expected. But having said that, after contacting customer service and asking if I could return it. They were very helpful and arranged for me to return it and gave me full refund. The communication between me and Chelsea was absolutely 100% professional, friendly and she made sure to keep me updated on everything. I will definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve dealt with many companies like this before but none of them were as willing and helpful. Thank you so much 😊

Excellent customer service from Chelsea who dealt with a query about ordering. I haven't placed an order as yet but I will be doing in the near future. Chelsea was very knowledgeable about products and delivery and I look forward to placing an order.

I cannot commend Chelsea enough. This lady had picked up on a review that I was asked to fill in ,and although I did not directly complain, I just wrote an honest review about a product that I was not happy with.
Chelsea took this on board and sent me a message asking me to go into more detail.
She has looked into the matter and promptly responded to my communication with her.
She has now informed me that she is sending a replacement free of charge.
I wish all company's were so keen to keep their customers happy. Very Happy customer.

We've had issues with a delivery of fragile cases got crushed while with the Couriers, and BFP team dealt with it very well. A straight replacement organised and delivered quick. So far, so good! Defo' recommended !!
