Always a pleasant experience dealing with BFP, especially the attentive care provided by Chelsea. A companies worth is providing solutions when unavoidable issues occur. A happy customer!

Today was the first time I've ordered from BFP I spoke to a lovely woman named Chelsea, she was absolutely brilliant with the way she took my order, I was absolutely delighted with the way her customer service skills was. I cannot thank her enough for the amazing service she gave me. She really brightened my day. Most definitely went above and beyond to answer all my questions and for sure deserves a promotion or a raise in her salary because staff like that are very rare to come around. Because of her customer service skills I look forward to ordering again from this company. Highly recommended. Thank you Chelsea :)

I placed an order early last week and had this by Friday the same week, I had clear communication throughout! Will use again.

This is the worst company I’ve ever come across! Please stay away. Been nearly 1 month and haven’t received my order. I’ve called them probably over 20 times and all they say is “can we take your details down and someone will get back to you” RUBBISH, nobody even gets back to you! Ciaran the “senior” service is terrible. I’ve emailed several times and no response. I get that you can get busy with work but 1 response after 2 weeks would be nice for a customer so I get update but nothing. Overall crap!

Still not had any contact from company about a £195 payment when I phoned the office they just say another department deals with this I can’t help.

I don't have my order,I do the order 1 week ago.

Product is at the standard was expecting. So natural and the delivery was in time as well.

I literally have had the worst experience with this company in my life, and that's not an exaggeration. Every single time I try to order something I get passed from pillar to post, all I want to do is order some bread! I order online, but when I ring the online number I get told it's wrong so they send me to Glasgow, who tell me they are wrong so they send me to the south coast? who tell me they are the wrong people so I go to Leeds and then around the houses we go again.

It's just not funny, I speak with BFP they tell me its BFP express that I should deal with, who in turn tell me they are unsure as although they are both the same company they are not the same company while sharing a lot of the same systems, the systems don't speak with each other .... ARRRRGHHHHHH ... what a joke!!

I have never written a review before good or bad but am fuming
