I am originally from London, England, now living in Canada and purchased a pair of Oasis reunion trainers/sneakers to wear at Wembley Stadium next year when I go see the band. My buying experience was definitely worthy of the 5-stars given.

Before ordering, I fully read the pre-purchase information and understood that it would take several months to receive my made-to-order footwear. I made the order and paid the deposit in late-August and then received an email confirming my order - as well as details regarding the projected completion date for my custom trainers/sneakers (mid-October).

A week before the completion date, I received an email and a text regarding the final payment. I made the payment and then the following week I received details that my order had been shipped. It’s now two-weeks later and my Oasis footwear have arrived - and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are exactly as shown on the website.

My experience with BG Customs has been very positive and the communication received throughout the process from Billy was spot-on.I will be a returning customer.

The team are absolutely brilliant, i was provided with all the information i needed and was kept up to date all the time. i also got told the shoes got sent out on friday and ive just got them this morning. fast shipping aswell as great shoes! Avoid this company, you will get scammed. I paid £165 for trainers never received. About 6 weeks ago I was told by the owner they got lost in the post and he would get it sorted. He is refusing to refund my money and is now ignoring messages and emails. Shameful.

My other half was made up with his custom Stone Roses trainers and could not wait to show them off. I have now placed my second order for him and he will be chuffed to bits when he gets them on Christmas day. BG Customs work very hard and do an amazing job! 😊

This would be my second order now that equals in 4x pairs of trainers altogether and I love them all .

such a low life , bought some oasis shoes in may for 175, never received them and got told they were lost in post. messaged him about it and said he would get it sorted and this was a month ago 😂 please avoid him unless you want to get scammed, he’s now ignoring my messages. he’s an embarrassment

Just picked up my custom Definitely Maybe 30-year anniversary trainers and couldn’t be happier, as probably the only person in Iceland with Oasis shoes :) High quality artwork on an authentic Adidas product make for a unique conversation piece that I can’t wait to show off next year for the much-awaited Oasis reunion. Not only am I happy with the product, I’m also very pleased with BG Customs’s professionalism; five stars for ease of communication and fast, reliable processing of payment and shipping.
