Clothes are on wrong hangers in almost every store, having to spend time looking through your not paying for customer service you would expect for price you pay. More clothes on correct hangers on a busy high street primark. With the amount of staff in every store watching you like a criminal they could at least sort that out.

Talking about crime, the whole place felt like a prison with security guards on every corner with what looked like stab vests on.

Very poor customer service in most stores as welcomes seemed faked in the 'more expensive' stores.

Food options were limited too if you don't like italian or itsu your leaving hungry.

I used to love Bicester Village and we visited as a family regularly. We will not be back.
The prices are far higher than can be found online. You have to queue to get into the shops even though there’s hardly anyone in there.
We stuck it out for an hour, but it wasn’t worth the 1.5 hours it took us to get there.
Very sad and very disappointing.

The shops are totally out of our league - we ventured into Ralph Lauren, £122 for a polo shirt!! but super lay out. Very pretty shops to walk around- plus we took in the Beryl Cook exhibition. Nice toilets. Wasn’t spending 7.50 on a hot choc at Fortnum but got two coffees for around £8 at Pret AND they gave us a free cake! Purchased a £5 sparrow sew on patch at House of Voltaire then had nice lunch in old Bicester. Charming interlude if you don’t buy anything

If you want to visit Bicester Village please complete the essential checklist first:

Are you a wanna be?
Are you unable to buy branded clothes from the current season styles?
Do you drive a 5 year old Range Rover still thinking it’s relevant?
Are you utterly pretentious?

If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the above, Bicester Village is perfect for you. For everyone else, the poor service, old fashioned/last season clothes, ‘keeping up with the Jones’ pretentiousness and general lack of decency will make you weep.

I’ve been here once, it was a hideous experience and I’ll never return

After visiting last Thursday, I have been many times before, I was particularly impressed by the Hob’s staff. I also want to give a special mention to Veronica at the Concierge booth. She was such a charming, friendly and helpful young woman.

I have sadly been given not good online service from Jimmy Choo. I have bought from them online (WhatsApp) from Bicester village store. I have been trying to buy some men’s trainers and have now asked 3 times about some that they sent me in a photo. I can see the message has been read but no reply. I am very saddened by this as I have terminal cancer and have started to look for Christmas presents for my husband. Very poor service Jimmy Choo Bicester village online services.

I asked for a glass of water because my daughter was feeling dizzy and unwell. Instead of showing any concern or offering help, I was simply told, "Gucci doesn't offer water." A staff member even checked with a manager to see if an exception could be made, but the response was the same: "Gucci doesn't offer water."

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. Regardless of company policy, when someone is clearly unwell, basic human decency and compassion should come first. Refusing such a simple request without any attempt to assist or offer an alternative is unacceptable.

What made this even more disappointing is that other luxury brands, including Givenchy, Chloé, and Stella McCartney, have always offered water without us even having to ask. That level of care and hospitality reflects genuine customer service. In contrast, the response we received at Gucci felt cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy.

Luxury is not just about products—it's about service, compassion, and how customers are treated. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards I expected from Gucci.

Disappointed with the management of the frequent flyer program. Attempted to reach out multiple times to process an e-redemption, but received zero replies. If a service is no longer being offered, it should be transparently communicated to members instead of ignoring emails.

A fantastic outdoor shopping destination, particularly in good weather. However, parking can be challenging to find during busy periods.

Did see great deals online via Tag Heuer website. Did send an enquiry and Eric whatsapped myself.

Fraser welcomed us and showed us watches as Eric with other customer, super helpful.

Then seated with Eric who went through watches, styles, prices.

My son for 21st birthday chose a carrera and sale completed.

Excellent customer service in Burberry Bicester village. Rohit kindly put a side 2 trench coats, he was extremely helpful when I called the store and explained what I was after he suggested the Hillington. A very helpful associate helped me when I visited, I did not catch his name only been working in store for 2 months from Venezuela. Such lovely young man, who clearly loved his job.

Overpriced place for tourists. No true bargains - people buy stuff here because they've paid to travel there and feel like they have to leave with something. This place is rammed full of rude people; charging at you and those who barge at you, when you've opened the door for yourself. Avoid!

Hit or miss to be honest. Depending on the season, there are many things to buy or nothing at all… I was unlucky this time and even encountered heavy rain. The village is half outdoors so we got soaking wet while trying to shop which really dampened the experience (pun intended).

Not even worth visiting anymore , the shops don't stock anything of any interest now and its actually cheaper in most cases to shop at ordinary shopping malls. My Breitling Endurance Pro watch was cheaper to buy three years ago from Breitling than it was at Watchfinder in Bicester which is meant to be a second hand cheaper watch dealer. 10 years ago Bicester was worth visiting now its dreadful .

Went up there just before Christmas 2025 with my daughter & Son majority of the staff in all of the shops were rude unhelpful carried a attitude with them was not a nice experience and was overpriced on a lot of stuff. Even aftershaves were half price in boots when looked up 🤷‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Massively overpriced. Even the "black friday" deals are cheaper on the internet. some of the stuff we purchased was cheaper in normal shops.

The christmas decorations are really wonderful and there is a great vibe.

A real rip off place. I think it’s only there to rip off the Japanese tourists that seem to flock there to pay for over priced goods. I think even with a 30% off weekend the shops were all over pricing. The well known American store trying to sell a beanie at the outlet price of £140. does this site not realise there is a finacual crisis in the uk. If you live in Kent, Essex. go to Braintree village or the outlet in Ashford in Kent. Far better pricing and experience.

Went to MONCLER paid same price for a Beenie and jacket I would in the London shop. Was not worth the travel . Same with Pandora neckless and braclet was same price down like you can get it online now . Disappointed ☹️ they should close bicester village not worth going anymore and customer service not best rather go to London get treated nice and friendly . Better shopping experience for the money you leave
