Tried over 5 days to contact on phone and chat. Had to wait over 20 minutes at one point and still no reply.
Managed this afternoon to get thru to their chat. Very rude agent named Mya just ignored my complaint. Customer service near inexistant

On the Tandem Web site (not app) for a fixed Rate ISA it states "Tax Free Monthly Interest" However after opening and account and putting a subscription in and invoking some ISA transfers I then discovered that the claim of "Tax Free Monthly Interest" whilst perhaps being correct (who knows) is not actually a monthly pay out of the interest earned.
The interest is only paid out at the end of the term, which is very very different.
So what is the point of claiming "Tax Free Monthly Interest?
Lucky in the 14 day cooling off period so invoked a cancellation. If Tandem had been clearer from the beginning of interest earned / paid out I would never have opened a Tandem account in the first place.

I found out my partner had taken a secured loan. My name is not on the mortgage but I have an interest in the house. Someone forged my signature and someone who I have never met witnessed it. I have emailed Tandem but had no resolution. Be very wary…..

I have Parkinsons, so can become anxious when i'm unsettled. The lady was very respectful & spoke gently & at a great pace for me. I felt valued & that i was being heard & was able to ask all the questions i needed to. She dealt with my queries competently & proffessionally & was an excellent representative for the company.

Very poor customer service. I have a cash ISA that I opened but decided it wasn't what I wanted and so I called to close this.
You cannot do this on the app (not much use having an app of you can't use it to manage your funds), I tried the chat facility but as it was out of office hours it wasn't working. So I sent an email. I tried the in app chat but it stopped working mid way to sending, so I called them the next day as my email had gone un answered. The first call took over 15 minutes to answer. Very poor, I was then informed by the assistant that yes they would close the account and that it could take 3 to 5 days to go back into my holding bank's account but it could be faster. I checked my account the next day and my balance is still showing in the holding bank account.
I am calling them to find out why. So far I have been sitting on the phone for over 30mins waiting for them to answer my call. No position in the queue or apologies. Just boring music. I get the impression this is a "one person band".
I tried again to contact Tandem by phone but tried the loans option instead and got through on the first ring. They said that they couldn't help as they were a different department!!! I asked to make a formal complaint so they put me through to the complaints dept. After 45mins of the phone not being answered I gave up.
I will be writing this as an email to Tandem (no doubt to be ignored) and hope I get my money back. I will also be contacting the FSA to see if they can help about this abysmal support.

I’m really disappointed with Tandem. I tried to open a cash ISA with them April 2nd, but when I attempted to add money it wouldn’t let me. I restarted the app, uninstalled it etc etc, but nothing worked. Then I called and the customer service representative Ryan couldn’t answer why it was happening.
So I requested my account to be deleted. Ryan told me it would be & I’d receive a email.
It’s now April 13th and my account is not deleted, and no one at Tandem is answering my email, live chat or the phone call.
Absolutely awful service I do not recommend.
*What an automated, no explanation reply, awful. And you had the time to send such a flimsy reply to this, YET not to my emails, live chat or phone call? Wow - absolutely awful again.
