Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable about our old house. The photographer did a fantastic job and the brochure was excellent. Jess did a sterling job in organising the many viewings over the course of nearly a year. Mark and others were a real pleasure to meet as they conducted the viewings.
Everyone was understanding of our probate situation and the sadness involved with selling the family home. It is not cheap to sell a house but we did really feel Bidwells overall did a very good job. It was a shame we didn't end up getting the value we agreed on - had to drop the price a bit after the offer was accepted because of current events, but I am not sure there was a lot we could have done about that. Possibly a little harder bargaining.... not my speciality!

It was very quick and efficient to get the things done for my rental.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ollie on the sale of our house. When we first met last year, Ollie gave us a realistic view of the suggested timeline for the sale and the price we can ask for. We were talking to another agency at the time that gave us a way higher and (as we now know) unrealistic price and a later timeline that would have gotten us into trouble with our new house now.

Both Ollie and his colleague Lara were very responsive and stepped in to support both us and the buyers with anything required.

Bought my new-build through Bidwells. Very easy to get hold of the staff when needed. Good effective communication in general. Felt supported throughout the purchase process. Kept up to date with the build progress.

The developers Brampton Valley Homes were also very helpful. Again, easy to contact via phone & email. The site manager took note of my preferences and acted on them. The development is still unfinished but have not had any trouble with the ongoing building work/traffic/noise.

We had lots of delays in our house chain through no fault of our own, but finally got to our lovely new home just before Christmas. Thank you to Bidwells for holding on for us, it was very much appreciated. Hollie, who is still based on site in the show home, has been very kind and helpful since our arrival.
