Quick and professional service, helpful, accessible (over the telephone works the best) and able to quickly solve issues. One star less is for a Goodlord referencing company, whose attitude is total opposite: pathetic chatbot with "backdoors" to bypass programmed stubbornness, no personal (operator) contact possible and absolutely no response from the support team for two opened cases.

We recently bought a new build and the developer was using Bidwells as their estate agents. We had a bumpy road with the purchase as two buyers for our old house dropped out. Andy and Frances were so good at supporting us through this and once we got our third buyer they helped us push our solicitors (and asked them the right questions too) in order for our completion before our mortgage offer expired. We wouldn't be in our beautiful new home without them! The service they provided was amazing.

Nothing is too much for the Bidwells team, they have arranged engineers for gas safety certificates yearly. And plumbers etc for any other works. I highly highly recommend Bidwells.

Excellent throughout. We used Bidwells for our sale and they were also the agents for our purchase. They did a sterling job throughout, from putting our house on the market through to exchange and completion (in both directions). The lead agent (Ollie Rivers) was terrific throughout, and provided much-needed positivity and energy, including throughout the unusual housing market circumstances of the Truss/Kwarteng budget. Bidwells managed viewings very well, and likewise the practicalities of the final stages of the sale/purchase. We'd use them again without hesitation (but hope not to need to for a long while!) and recommend them and Ollie wholeheartedly.

I have engaged Bidwell to rent out my new-build apartment in Cambridge for a year. The first tenancy ended after a year and they are able to provide me with options of quality tenants in no time. Their service is professional and reliable.

I came to Bidwell after months of searching for a property and was unsuccessfully. I was initially supported by Irene who was amazing and went above and beyond. I was updated throughout the whole process and she passed me onto Jake when I found the property unfortunately this didn’t work out however, Jake worked hard to secure me another brother and reassured me throughout and I got an even better one. Bidwell is the best in the business but the Cambridge staff are fantastic.
