I bought 2 rings and 1 necklace (gold) and I really like the products: the color, the quality, everything! I cant spend a day without wearing it. The thing is that one of the ring did'nt fit so be careful with the sizes, but happily they were super helpful by email, so I will surelly buy again from this compagny :)

My jewelry just arrived and I love it! The pieces are just what I was looking for. I’m very satisfied with this purchase. On top of that, the customer service was great! I had to reach out Biella Vintage because of a mix up with my order (mistake was made on my end- I accidentally ordered two of the same piece) and even though they could not exchange for a different piece because it had already shipped they helped to correct it with a gift card. Shout out to Rose for her friendly and prompt responses!

Beautiful design at great prices. Every 15 days I buy a jewel. I love them all. I have tried many but I finally found BiellaVintage, price quality wins over all other retailers. Thanks

The quality is amazing.
The retro design is timeless and elegant and the products come in a box that is lovely and well protected.

I showered and cleaned my apartment with my jewellery on, so far they maintained their color and definition.

Please note that the delivery takes a while, but since it is free we cannot complaint. It’s tracked and a good service, but if you need them just make sure to buy them in advance.

My only suggestion for the brand would be to add size 9 for the rings!

Anyway, I strongly recommend buying from Biella Vintage! I’ll definitely buy more products in the future.

I was a little wary of ordering jewelry online, but honestly I'm glad I did. So far I've gotten a few necklaces and rings and I keep going back for more because the quality's so nice. Everything has stayed gold, none of that green rubbing-off you get with cheap jewelry. Bang for your buck. Even the packaging is pretty!

Cheapest material ever..I feel like Walmart has better quality jewelry than this store. They also don’t give refunds so save your money. just your average made in China cheap gum ball machine quality jewelry. And their shipping is so weird and inaccurate.

Im literally only writing this because they keep trying to get my review taken down and it’s so annoying because that’s my honest and real life experience with this company. And as a business they should take the negative criticism and learn to do better because I’m obviously not the only one who thinks so.

So it’s been like 2-3 months since I received the jewelry. Super cheap quality because it’s rusted already and the necklace broke!

Literally don’t buy from this company!!! You get all excited because the jewelry looks high quality on their website, then you get it and it’s like the complete opposite of what you were expecting. Cheap, cheap, cheap, broken in less than a month jewelry!!! The worst part is they don’t do refunds or exchanges so you’re stuck with the cheap jewelry! Scamming you is literally how they’re still able to make any sales.

As an avid wearer of gold unique jewelry I was more than happy to support this brand. Most ig jewelry is underwhelming. You can open the packaging and tell this brand cares about execution and delivery of an exceptional product.

What started with one ring, is becoming a habit. I love the pieces, and look forward to more, either as gifts or for myself!

I love my new ring! It’s simple and timeless and I haven’t taken it off since it arrived. The folks at Biella are super kind - there was a shipping issue and they were quick to come to my aid, helping me track down my order and doing everything in their power to ensure I got it.

Really happy with the jewellery, I honestly got a bit worried when I saw where it was getting shipped from and feared that it would not be good quality jewellery but I was definitely wrong! I got the gold huggies set and it is true to the images on the website, good quality and is just beautiful to wear! Definitely recommend Biella Vintage!

Just received the earrings. Excellent client service, the team has always been kind and available throughout the whole delivery process. Quality of the earrings seems on average considered the price and they look like in the picture. Till now satisfied with the purchase!

After ordering the ring I was disappointed to see that the website always has 40% and other deal. The jewellery is definitely not values at the price. The website was in USD when I paid in AUD so it was misleading. The ring is nice and okay quality, but you can tell it is mass produced and cheap- they come in plastic bag. The package was nice and the box is cute and it was delivered in time. I will wear the ring but I would not order from Biella Vintage again.

SO happy with my purchase!! After seeing their products on Instagram, I decided to purchase a Sienna ring and I am so in love! The ring is just as beautiful as in the photos and the quality is great. I also received a personalized thank you email from the company which I thought was kind. Will be happy to purchase from them again!!!

The bracelet I got was so much better than I anticipated! It was sturdy with a good clasp and felt much more expensive than it was. The chains were great quality too, I only wish they came in different lengths so I could buy more :) I live in SE Asia and it didn't take too long to reach me too, and they were well packaged individually. I ordered a ring from the company and the piece came within the time frame that was listed on the shipping and it looked exactly like on the picture. The sizing was great and the style is so nice! The tracking was accurate and very detailed putting my mind at ease during the shipping process. Great customer service and I will definitely shop there again!
