Love the design of the Lucky Charm necklace I purchased. Reached out to the company for further details on its meaning and they responded and promised to get in touch to offer more detail. Haven't had long so do not know how the quality will last. Delivery time was almost 4 weeks but understandable with Covid-19

Second update: they sent me a passive aggressive email asking me not to shame and were very condescending!! This brands customer service is appalling and I would be embarrassed if I were them.

They claim it’s waterproof and good quality but you do not want to get it even the slightest bit wet trust me! I haven’t worn my jewellery in the water as I don’t want to ruin it and this is very bad quality. I have only had it for two days and one of the bracelets I bought has the gold rubbing off and all you can see is black and silver where the gold was… wish I read the reviews before buying. It’s all shipped from China and comes in plastic cheap looking packets. It looks no where near as good as it does in the photos… if I’m spending as much as I am on jewellery I expect it to last more than 2 days (keep in mind I have only worn this bracelet for maybe 6 hours within these two days since opening) without the gold coming off!!!!!! Avoid this brand if you want to save your money. So many better options out there for the same price with actual good quality jewellery. Not to mention when they get a bad review they report it😂 says a lot about the company. Oh and they don’t offer refunds if you’re not happy with the quality of it so avoid avoid avoid!!!! UPDATE: the brand has now reported and tried to get my review taken down😂😂 maybe if they put more effort into selling quality items they would have less bad reviews… I am only making this review as it has been my personal experience and honest review?

This company was absolutely terrible to work with!!! I spent over $100 nz dollars on a variety of rings, I ordered them over 2 months ago and they never arrived. I have emailed the team countless amounts of time both via email and Instagram, asking for support on tracking my order or any sort of support in finding my order and they have not responded once. A true waste of time and your money. Don’t buy from this brad. Spend a bit more and purchase from someone truly reliable.

The service is unbelievably amazing !!! Such a lovely customer service base who made it so easy to communicate with. The jewellery is so lovely and timeless and it came packaged beautifully.

I made an order on 2nd June. There has been a massive delay for the delivery even after the shipment has reached Australia. The customer support is of minimal assistance. I emailed them needing to know why there has been a delay and all they can provide is a tracking link. I have not received my order even after 20 days

Great! Just like the pictures, a bit too yellow for my liking. But I love the pieces that I purchased and can style them in many different ways.

The earrings are very well made in terms of design and materials, they look expensive and not too heavy to wear for long. I would love to recommend this product!!

Love the bangle and earrings I’ve purchased! Super heavy and weighty pieces that look and feel chic and expensive. The necklaces are light and feel less well made in my opinion. Customer service is wonderful, when I wasn’t happy with one of my purchases they solved the issue for my promptly.

hate when jewellery tarnishes but can't afford really high quality metals, and biella vintage aces this balance. in fairness, I do attempt to keep my earrings dry as per directives (take them off to shower when I remember and definitely no submerging them) and they are yet to show any signs of tarnishing even when I wear them every day for 4 months now. I definitely ummed and ahhed before buying from biella for the first time over this basis and I am super happy I took the plunge!!

I love Biella Vintage. I have two pieces from them. And I just ordered two more. They last long, and don't turn green. I don't have to worry about them while wearing them (which leads me to keep buying more) if you are hesitant about buying, don't be. Shipping is easy and the products are well worth it. I will be a long time customer of Biella Vintage, and you should be too!

Really happy with my pieces from Biella Vintage! The price point is great, the pieces are chic, the packaging is sturdy (will definitely be storing some of my other jewelry in the box!). The tracking info was a little confusing, but their customer service team was prompt and helpful. They even checked in a few days later to make sure I received everything.

I love the customer service and all the items are very high quality and beautiful absolutely stunning I would 100% recommend and repurchase from them again.

I bought a thick gold ring couple months ago, very good quality and it came with a very fancy box and everything, the color is strong gold and matches with.my real 18k golds, customer service is incredible, so I ordered again yesterday another ring, but I think they should have more variety of ring models. I ordered the: Camilla Hoops, Diamond Hoops and Golden Heart Necklace.

The Camilla Hoops are incredible quality (heavy to hold as opposed to light cheap metal). I have received sooo many compliments on these hoops. They will suit everyone! I would buy these again as a gift.

The Diamond Hoops are also beautiful but the pair which I purchased had a faulty clasp. The team at Biella Vintage offered a gift card of the value of the earrings for future purchases.

I haven't worn the Golden Heart Necklace out just yet - it's a pretty piece but a little larger that I'd expected. It would be useful to include a photo of these worn on the website catalogue.

Overall: Caring customer service team and good quality jewels. I would purchase again!

I ordered a pair of earrings which ended up not being suitable - the team assured me I did not need to return the item due to cost/unnecessary journeys during lockdown and I received a gift card to spend on a future purchase to replace! Great pandemic era customer service
