Fantastic experience from my first visit to The Big Red Powertools Shop (William Moore & Son) in Preston when buying my first Milwaukee power tools. (I seem to be changing my yellow for Red……..).
Served by Ryan and had the chance to speak to Matt.

Like many people I buy a lot of items online, but sometimes it is worth making a visit to a store to see the item you want to purchase, feel physically in your hands and seek guidance.
This is one occasion when I would recommend a visit.
Even if you know or think you know, it really is priceless to visit The Big Red Powertools Shop and benefit from their knowledge.

If you think a website shows a fantastic range of product, the real life shop seems to dwarf it.
Even with a shop and staff etc to pay for, prices are highly competitive, their knowledge could also help you save money (as it did for me).

So, if you like anything Milwaukee (and other brands such as wonderful, quality Wera) please do as I did, pop in and see the team at The Big Red Powertools shop and you will see why I am not giving them 5 stars. I am giving them ********** 10 stars.
You will also have peace of mind that if for any reason, your product fails. You can return to store and seek help. Something you will struggle do with online store purchase.

I promised Ryan I would post a review as I beleive he, Matt and the store deserve to be rewarded by 10 star reviews which reflect the 10 star service I received.

My next challenge is digging deeper in my wallet and buying even more RED Milwaukee products.

Great experience, great team and big thanks to Ryan for helping me out. Top service 5⭐️

The guys at big red power tools are incredible and they have an incredible display with all of the Millwalkee tools an accessories available for you to pick up and look at before you buy. Even if they don’t have something they will do there best to get it in for you or delivered to you ASAP.

Milwaukee paradise! 🔴🔧 If you love your tools, this is the place to be, but be prepared to spend a fortune because you’ll walk in wanting one thing and come out wanting absolutely everything! 😂 The range of tools is brilliant, the staff are fantastic, and a special mention to Ryan, who is always helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond.

Absolutely top-class service from a great team. If you’re into Milwaukee tools, you’ll be like a kid in a sweet shop! Highly recommend! 👌🔴

Ryan is a top sales man, great place, like going on the snap on van but everything's the same colour and you dont need vasoline

What a fantastic place, so helpful. Well worth the travel up from Stockport. The lads behind the counter are not conn merchants trying to sell you the most expensive items. Ryan was very helpful and saved my friend £40 on a combi drill.
Very highly rated, 10 out of 10...

Ryan. Top man great service every time I see him

Illegal refund practices after failed delivery attempt. I will be disputing the partial refund with my bank.
