The ease of ordering and the quality of the product!

Customer service is everything. Big top shirt shop has very poor support. DONT BUY if you think you may return. Their policy is ridiculous. 21 days, and you can’t return anything that was expedited…ummmmm ok. You can’t speak to a real person. They are an online shop that sells other stores’ items. Go somewhere else. This place is a hassle.

Terrible customer service. Agent was absolutely rude when I was trying to resolve an order issue. Attempted to get approval to return multiple items and was concerned about return policy exclusions - and agent said ‘out return policy does not state that’ - despite me copying and pasting my concern directly from their return FAQ. Then was condescending stating they were not going to ‘repeat what they said, or ‘answer the same question again’. Then ended the chat without answering my concern or offering any useful information or solution. Definitely do NOT recommend!

Good selection, excellent prices!

Shirts are very thin and cheaply made. I had to pay $25 shipping to send it back and then they took charged me $20 to ship it to me I would not recommend them

It took a long time for them to ship my order. I ordered a zipper jacket in a 2XL and they sent me a XXL. There is a difference in the sizing if you look it up online. All in all, I would not order from this company again.

After searching the internet to find “Sports Tek” women’s t-shirts, (I had purchased the brand last summer & loved the fit, the bright colors & quality of the shirts). I also checked out other brand prices at Bigtopshirtshop & compared them to other sellers & discovered that their prices were considerably lower. My order was shipped & delivered within a couple of days & the shipping charge was very low. I’m a happy customer & will definitely continue to shop here. You will not be disappointed!

My brother and his wife had a 🔥 and needed clothes now. Size 3X & 4X, I only had 500.00. They bought enough clothes to have a different outfit each 5 days a week. Thank you! ON A TOP NOTE!!!!

Great selection, terrible people.
The wrong zip code got entered during checkout and it was not flagged like on most modern websites. I waited weeks for the arrival, but when the tracking code said "arrived" it meant back to the distributor. When I tried to get it fixed, I was met with attitude, lack of answers to my specific questions, judgement on my word choice in a simple inquiry email, and emojis -- EMOJIS-- telling me to "get some self awareness". I don't know who they are hiring to answer emails, but it's not worth the landmine of trying to communicate with them.

It's easy ordering online and arrived as promised. Great prices and large selection. We love these T-Shirts!

I just placed an order and 20 minutes later, we decided to cancel. I reached out and asked if they can please cancel the order. It hasn't even been processed on my card yet. And they were so rude and said they're charging a twenty percent fee when I sent them the return policy, they continue to be rude and said we cancled and charged you without me saying ok I will pay the 20% or no just keep my order i asked to talk to a manager they said we dont play that game that's not a choice you get. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. That is just a little bit of the message we had, it was much worse than that. Don't order from this company

I ordered a men's jacket in X-large tall size. It's difficult to find that size. The order came quickly and it is good quality.

When a 1 star review becomes generous!

Earlier this month I had a bad experience with Big Top Shirt Shop (they sent me a vest that IMO had been obviously open/ worn washed and returned) so I left a 1-star review expecting to potentially never hear back at all, or to receive a generic boring empathetic response to my concern. I was stunned when I they emailed back accusing me of slander!

So I’ve decided to copy and paste what they said so everybody could experience their level of poor customer service.
In hindsight, the 1-star review that I left them was generous.

“Your assumption in your review below is 100% incorrect - we NEVER send used or returned merchandise.

In fact, every order we ship out is special ordered from the manufacturer, received and shipped out to the customer the day we receive it.

Had you experienced any issue with any product received your best course of action would be to notify us and allow us the chance to resolve.

Disappointing you did not afford us that opportunity.”

This company have very rude people for customer service! I didn't receive my shirts. They stated I didn't put the address in correct, but the full address was there. They continue to argue with me and took my review off their website! I have seen many reviews of poor quality and not trus sizes and poor customer service! I wish I had seen this before I made a purchase! We will see if we get our refund and then charge me 20% restock fee!! This is a poor company!

The shirts we bought are excellent quality. Our staff loves the way they fit and feel. Believe me, that’s not always the case with our uniform shirts. Embroidered logo looks great too.

I am very pleased with this shirt. It fits great, is comfortable, and works for a variety of looks.
