This a great bag and I am enjoying using it. I have kept back one star for two reasons:
1. The bag was dispatched in China only after I placed the order. It took an age to arrive (a couple of weeks perhaps). That said, the international tracking was excellent and I knew where it was at each stage.
2. There are no instructions and it took a while to work out how best to use the straps. The online video isn't sufficient.

The product is great but…
The product is great but it was sent by Yodel. They are apparently going through some change and this caused an extended delay. Bike and Bag provided a discount when they looked into it but I needed the item. Bike and Bag need to think about the courier third party. Hopefully any further purchases will arrive promptly. I may have been unlucky and Bike and Bag supported me when Yodel failed them Hoping for a better experience next time.

Fantastic customer service

I'm really disappointed to read your review, especially knowing how hard myself and the team work to deliver a great service to our customers. I understand that you were frustrated, but I’d like to offer some context to help clarify things for others reading this.
When you reached out to us directly, I replied in full (as quoted below), explaining that while Rhinowalk is indeed a Chinese brand, we work directly with the factory to ensure all products we sell are genuine, original, and supported by us in the UK. That means if anything goes wrong, you have someone here to help — which is very different from ordering via unverified global marketplaces.
We don’t hold every item in every variant of the Rhinowalk range in local stock. Some items, especially newer releases like the Wilderness Series, are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer. This is clearly stated in our shipping policy, with delivery timeframes of 5–10 working days. We do this to offer the full range at the best possible value, while still providing the reassurance of UK-based customer service and a 30-day free return and refund process — again, not something offered by many overseas sellers.
We are a small, independent business run by people who genuinely care. We’re always open to feedback and willing to resolve issues fairly, and I did reach out to you directly to offer help and make things right. It’s disappointing that this hasn’t been reflected in your public review.

Great company
Great company , had problems with my fork bags from rhino horn and correspondence with Nick was second to none , he offered me alternatives however settled on a refund the bags are great however just didn’t fit properly on my cube mtb.
I bought the full Rhinohorn bike packing kit and have tested the kit which is fantastic and easy to fit .
I would thoroughly recommend bike and bag again.

They were really helpful and…
They were really helpful and communicated when I there was a bit of a delay to delivery. They did everything they could to explain and help make sure it came on time. Also a great bag when it arrived!
