I had a fantastic experience with Bikepackingshop.
My order arrived with the wrong bottle size by mistake. I contacted them while they were on holiday, fully expecting to wait until they were back. To my surprise, they still replied, apologised for the mix-up, and offered several solutions, including a refund or sending the correct item.
Once they returned, they sent me the correct item. Throughout the whole process, their communication was excellent. They even kept helping when I had questions about the FedEx delivery.
Mistakes can happen with any company, but what really matters is how they're handled. Bikepackingshop went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Friendly, responsive and genuinely customer-focused.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

Top bedrijf

Great people, great service, would order anytime once more! :)
This shop was helpful, kind, and reliable, and reached out to me as soon as they could see one item was not in stock. They offered me another in the same moment, and it was a super easy and friendly transaction. I would definitely recommend buying from them! :)
