An excellent experience when buying my folding bike…
An excellent experience when buying my folding bike. I ordered over the phone and was given every help along the way.
The bike was very carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition.
All I had to do was unpack, fit the seatpost and attach the folding pedals.
I highly recommend this company.

You took my money on Sunday be did not let me know that the item was out of stock until I emailed to ask for a tracking code on Friday. Not the best service. But I was promised a speedy reimbursement.

Service and prove excellent but...
Service and prove excellent. Only thing to note was that the child's cycle helmet turned out to be not in stock, but we were only notified of this a couple of days later, after payment was taken. we were given the option to wait for delivery or cancel, but we had chosen this vendor because they were in stock - others we had tried had been upfront about a delay in stock fulfilment (to the same date). Can't complain other then that.
