Bike ordered arrived promptly and as described. Front disc brake was bent and needed replacement. Regrettably no way to contact customer service so had to order part from other source on my own. Other than that bike works well.

Actually, the experience was routine. Nothing bad. Nothing out of the ordinary. Regrettably, the bike I bought is very, very low quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

Shipping was quick. I struggled putting it together and there was not any instructions. But they do have demonstration videos.

The cheap became expensive, the last bike I ordered came with dry tubes that broke in pieces when I tried to inflate. I bought a new set of tubes $$, after installing and went to try the bike I got really disappointed because the crank is making ugly noises and feels like a bearing is missing some piece inside. I will have to replace the crank bearings or the entire piece. Let's see.

Bike came non functional with derailleur problem. Almost seems like design flaw derailleur too large for kids bike but I’m not sure. BD response was that I should take it to a bike shop and pay. After that cost it’ll cost the same as an Rei bike. Plus my
Kids crying cuz new bike didn’t work. Good job guys. Never using bd again after this.

I was a little apprehensive at first about buying a bike online site unseen. But I took a risk and was not disappointed. I had to tune it up a little bit because it arrived partially assembled which was no problem. Overall good experience, although purchase confirmation was a little squirrely at first, but it all worked out in the end and I'm very happy with my bike.

The end result was ok, but only after three shipments. The first two bikes arrived with scratches on the frame and components. BD would only offer $50 adjustment without replacing the damaged components. I finally ordered a more expensive bike that was packed both differently and better - so no damage.

The bike came quickly and was easy to put together. The bike had minor scratches and a ding on it. Because I did not sit on it prior to purchasing, I had to buy after market parts to make it more comfortable. The seat is very hard, the neck was to low and the pedals are was to slipery. The gears do not change smoothly and I had to adjust the brakes a few times. The color is more of a purple than a blue. I read and understand the color dissclaimer, but this is WAY off.

Great company. Responsive customer service fixed my order after I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size.
