Great help from Matt Short, helpful and informative, helped me find the right helmet & suit to the right sizes

Cannot fault the customer service received here. Pierre was so helpful. Went through everything I needed to and, being a newbie, never felt spoken down to or felt patronised.
The helmet I needed wasn't in stock and so was easily ordered in, and the best bit was that because I was between 2 helmet sizes, they even changed the pads inside free of charge to a size that fit me.
Even when going to collect my helmet, he even installed the pin lock system for me as well.

Will definitely return for future items.

I was looking for a new pair of motorcycle boots..firstly I went on Internet to see what I liked and what prices they are. Lot of info and prices are relatively the same everywhere give or take a few quid.bike stop in stevenage kept coming up. As I have used this shop a few times in the past, I decided to pop in and see what they had. A young man who works for bike stop named Martin short asked if he could help. After a quick chat what I was after he went and got a few pairs for me to try on. Martin was very helpful and very friendly. Eventually I purchased a pair of touring boots, after Martin had been to the stockroom about six times. Martin's knowledge of all the different makes was excellent and I would highly recommend bike stop for anything about motorcycle clothing.

Had a manufacturing fault with a pair of gloves bought in store. Martin was really helpful in organising a refund and Pierre was also great when I went back to the shop to purchase an alternative pair. Great service, would recommend Bike Stop.

Called in at Bikestop today looking for some luggage for my Aprilia Tuono. Thought I needed a Kreiga US 30 Rackpack.
First class service from Pierre. He could have not been more helpful and knowledgeable.
Went home happy with a Kreiga US40 Rackpack as Pierre demonstrated the additional flexibility of this product.

Went into Bike Stop today looking for a new helmet and some Gloves. Pierre was very helpful when it came to finding the correct size helmet for me which I found very helpful and also managed to reduce the cost of the helmet by searching other vendors to Price Match.

I visited the Bike Stop today for the first time with my fiance looking for some protective clothes for the summer months. The shops atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Fabrizio served us, he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, which we both appreciated, I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Very pleased to acknowledge the help and advice I received from Pierre yesterday. He helped me choose the best helmet for my needs, checked the fitting and then serviced my existing Arai to act as a spare. Great service as always in Bike Stop!

The team were instantly happy to help and were able to able to advise me on different fits and provided me with multiple suggestions. Within a few short days, I received multiple suits to try.

Lots of choice and helpful staff.
I’ve just got ready to restart biking after a long break, so need just about everything.
The store has so much more stock than anywhere else I tried and Alex found lots of different choices for me to try on and see the different options.

I thought the mix of helpful staff when you need them and time to try and ponder was great. I’m really happy with my.. jacket, gloves, jeans, helmet and bike lock.

Alex should be called the midwife because he really delivers!! Top man really helpful, and had a good laugh!!

Excellent service!! Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy bike equipment. They went above and beyond to try and source me and a friend an exhaust for a new bike, that others struggle to procure.

Needed to replace an aging helmet. good advice and help from Alex and no pressure of rush to choose something. Good range on display and good range of sizes so I got exactly what I wanted at a good competitive price.
