Great Product and Awesome customer service

Absolutely love this company.

Absolutely love this company and their air purifier. When I had an issue with my current purifier, the company tried to help me troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t work I was sent a replacement within days. Highly recommend

Noisy air purifier

The air purifier arrived Jan 31, 2026. I tested it the same evening. The noise level for "sleep" mode is 47-50dB. The same as for the other levels. I used a noise meter app on my android. I contacted the company via their website site chat. They advised sleep mode should be 20-30mb (I wish). They asked me to send them a video demo. Which I did. Contacted them again today (Tues) via their website chat. No progress. Order 4314

Incredibly poor quality unit

Incredibly poor quality unit. All plastic which has been resprayed. Made and sent directly from China. Delivered with broken back panel. Unbelievable poor quality. I have paid a hygienist to analyse the quality of filters at the moment. Awaiting report. And this was the most expensive one that Biohealing sell.Chinese Sen Hong unbranded unit. Why has my post been removed from all of your sites??? They seem to not want others to know that the other comments are ones that their company has purchased by the thousands.Verified purchase. Received 4 emails from them within 15 minutes of me posting on trustpilot, Accused me of having a psychological problem as I did not reply and posted my honest review of this item on other sites. Absolutely disgraceful. I have posted reviews for 3 other non related item I had purchased from other companies and ALL were great reviews for great products. I am not seeking a refund as I know from other who have dealt with this company that they never refund no matter how much they promise. They have belittled every person who have given bad reviews

Customers wants free stuff don't want to send it back. We always want a stress free shopping if customer not satisfiedwith the product we send them return label so they don't have to pay for return but this customer instead of sending the item back she choose to paste over 50 comments everywhere. Can't help you with that Jennifer Bc. Please don't forget to post other places too. Posted over 50 reviews, Never seen any person like you. We asked customer to return the item for full refund but she want to keep the item and want refund and post reviews! Good luck hope life treat you well. Its very simple if you not happy with the product we offer free returns and full refund. So this customer choose not to send the item back and choose to post reviews everywhere she could. Amazing. We pray that your find peace after posting reviews everywhere

Best customer service and great product!!

A legitimate and positive company - I had a fault with my original order and was met with immediate assistance and active response. Beautiful quality product and I will definately be doing business with these guys again. The integrity of the customer service is one of the BEST in an online world where you are usually forgotten - thank you so much

I brought 2 air purifier i kept 1 as a spare. One started not working properly so I emailed these clowns and sent them videos of the problem, and all they could tell me was i put the wrong replacement filter in .which they said was causing the fault. I put a genuine filter that I had spare from my spare unit that I have never used .these people just don't want to no you if you have a problem. They just want your money 💰 and did not want to help me at all with my problem. So if I was you I would not buy from this company they will just blame you for the problem. I did not request a replacement i just wanted it fixed .and I used a genuine filter that came with the air purifier. Keep away from this company don't trust them .all they do is lie to you. I told them the problem that I have with the air purifier is that when I turn it of all 4 lights keep flashing. That has got nothing to do with the filter .it's a faulty unit .I gave them my phone number so they can call me so I don't have to spend all day will emails .but they refuse to call me so I am advising everyone to keep away from buying this air purifier. This air purifier is faulty all the lights flash even if there is no filter in the machine so this is telling you the the air purifier is faulty .if any one uses non genuine air filters this will not cause the issue so i highly recommend that you don't by this air purifier as they won't help you and don't want to no about any problems that you have .I brought 2 air purifier not one they just telling to many lies

Thank you for your review! The customer originally ordered basic purifier model which is for $169 in 2023 and requested a replacement now . However, the customer used a filter purchased from a third-party source that was not compatible with our purifier, which ultimately caused damage. Had the correct filter been used, the purifier would not have encountered any issues, and we would have been happy to assist.
Our production team reviewed the video confirmed that the wrong filter was cause of the problem when we ask him about the filter he mentioned that he got it from third party copycat seller. Now he is saying he kept one filter from 2023 to use in 2025. Despite this, the customer is now blaming us, even though the incorrect filter was used.
Unfortunately, some third-party vendors sell low-quality filters that are not suitable for our purifiers and could also pose health risks. We strongly recommend using only the proper, compatible filters for optimal performance and safety.

Do Not Buy from them at all costs

The item is cheap and flimsy. It does not work as intended. The refund police is flawed and customer service is abysmal. I cannot believe this company is still operating and if I could afford a lawyer I'd take them to court for misleading claims and false advertising.

Bio Healing Air Purifiers are cheap and flimsy

Bought 2 air purifiers after looking at reviews on their website and facebook comments - which in retrospect make me question the authenticity of such reviews! Don't buy! Save yourself the money and headache.

Product is cheap in feel, front panel doesn't even close property with the filter inside, it's very light and flimsy, lights don't even match the front panel markings, feels like it just blows air, noisy, filters look and feel cheap. I called within minutes of trying it out but told that, as per website, company won't refund if product is "used" - but how do you work out whether the product is satisfactory/unsatisfactory without unboxing it and using it? How then does the "30 day money back guarantee" work if within that 30 days you are not supposed to use it? This is a misleading reassurance that you have a 30 day money back guarantee.

I have placed a negative review because it does not function like advertised on the website and the return policy is misleading. I have better things to do than discredit a company, but I WILL take time to warn others of making the same mistake as I did, especially when my experience with customer service was so negative

5/1/25: Added in response to company's attempt to discredit me in their reply below : Please note, I used it for all of 2 minutes before putting it back in the box and contacting the company. They refused to refund as I had unboxed the item, rendering it "used" and ONLY agreed to refund once a dispute was lodged via PAYPAL (so glad I used PAYPAL for this purchase) and a negative review was placed on this forum. I have no other reason than to warn other buyers. Best to avoid the unneccessary stress if you can. Their response also served to remind me to take time to post good reviews for all the amazing online services I have used over the years and so I will endeavour to do so. I shop online a lot, and most experiences are positive. Every now and then I forget to check reviews outside of the company's website, like using Trustpilot or ProductReview, and instantly regret it when I get stung. Do your homework! A good reminder to use Trustpilot and other independent sites

I have no other accounts, purchases are all verified by Trust pilot and no, I was definitely not trying to keep your product for free, they were not fit for use

This particular customer purchased our small model purifier which is for $169, and requested a refund, which was promptly processed, we did not let customer to keep the product, However it seems that despite receiving the refund, the customer remains dissatisfied with our product and several other products, as evidenced by negative reviews left on multiple platforms.

While we always aim to assist and resolve any concerns, we believe it’s important to maintain transparency. We refunded the customer, took back the product, and do not believe the dissatisfaction stems from any failure on our part. We have also noticed that the customer has since removed their negative reviews on other businesses, which may have benefited those companies.

Our focus is on helping all of our customers, and we stand by our products and services. That said, we are committed to handling any reviews or feedback, whether positive or negative, fairly and professionally.

We value the over 35,000 satisfied customers who trust our products, and we believe that there are always someone who will never satisfied. The customer removed negative removes to all other business she hardly have one positive review for business rest every single business has negative reviews given by her. After we said she gave everyone negative review she removed all other negative removes and gave some positive reviews. At least other business got benefit.

I want to return all items, I tried one purifier unit that arrived today (non courier - NESB elderly woman who delivered using her own BMW car, driver did not speak much English, had no idea how to take a photo of the products as proof of delivery, asked me several times to help! Spent over 30 minutes with her whilst running late for work, she didn't even know there were 2 orders in her car for this address? So unprofessional).

Please note that everyone is working hard to make ends meet. The item was delivered via a third-party courier. While it’s possible the delivery driver was an elderly woman, we don't believe this should change the situation. Unfortunately, we can't speculate on the interaction between the customer and the driver, but we trust that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. She must have thrown first on the poor elderly driver and then straight away on us and started giving bad reviews everywhere she can! We can’t help such customer and no one can
