Pretty good, so far.

Did a testosterone test at £29.99, then got told the need to do a more in-depth test to check cholesterol and others for £150. However, I had sone of these tests done by NHS last week as prep for an op in July, so it turned out at £99 instead.

Scam!

I've just been sent my 'results' from a test I understood was to tell me about my testosterone levels, and all they tell me is that I need another, more comprehensive test costing an extra £150! What a scam! Avoid this company.
After your reply - maybe you should make that clearer in your ads for this! It's completely misleading and manipulative. If you think I'm going to waste more money on a company that isn't completely transparent, you're very wrong.

The initial test is intended as a screening assessment and helps identify whether further investigation is appropriate. In line with clinical guidelines, a diagnosis of testosterone deficiency requires additional testing, which is why you have been recommended to complete a more comprehensive blood panel.

Thieves

If i could give them less than 1 i would. Have written about this company a few times but i am so disgusted with the treatment received and now it worse. I sent 5 emails to them and lorraine russell telling them my meds werent working,i havent had the blood tests or consultations i was entitled to, so i wanted to cancel. They said i couldnt cancel without a proper exit interview, which i have next week. Todayi see though that theyve taken another £400 out my account! Thats £1200 now ...2 lots of meds, 1 consultation and 1 blood test.please do not be fooled. Ive been left skint and feeling worse than before i started

Purchased and completed my test only to…

Purchased and completed my test only to be told they recommend a more comprehensive blood test to further assess my health at a cost of £150. I purchased this test on the assumption I would be told one way or another if my testosterone levels are low or not with some advice on what supplements would be suitable. Nothing of the sort, just a waste of money.

Our initial Tasso blood test is designed as a screening tool to identify whether further investigation may be appropriate. In line with BSSM guidelines, a diagnosis of testosterone deficiency requires two separate testosterone measurements, which is why a more comprehensive second blood test is recommended before any treatment decisions can be made.

Premium Cost, But Ongoing Concerns Over Accuracy and Communicati

Whilst my initial review reflected a positive resolution to an earlier issue, unfortunately my experience since then has left me with significant concerns regarding the consistency of care and communication.

After my original complaint, a member of the customer service team contacted me, listened to my concerns and worked hard to resolve the issue. Following this, I attended my review appointment where my progesterone was changed to nightly use to help with ongoing sleep issues and my testosterone dosage was increased due to my symptoms.

When my next prescription arrived, the label on the progesterone stated different instructions to those discussed during my review. I contacted BioID Health and was reassured that the nightly dosage was correct and that the label may have been incorrect. To give myself peace of mind, I requested a copy of my updated prescription letter, which clearly stated that progesterone should be taken nightly.

I have now received my third prescription and once again the label states something different, this time instructing me to take the medication on days 10–25 of my cycle. When I contacted BioID Health, I was initially told this was correct despite my prescription letter stating otherwise. Only after asking for my records to be reviewed did the issue appear to be investigated further.

During the same call I also queried missing vitamins that I had paid for but not received. Initially I was advised they were only provided for a limited period, however after checking my records the adviser apologised and confirmed that I was entitled to them and they would be sent out.

In addition, I found myself having to chase my follow-up blood tests again. These have now been booked, but only after I raised concerns.

I currently spend approximately £650 every three months, equating to around £2,600 per year. Whilst I appreciate that mistakes can happen, I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect accurate prescriptions, consistent clinical advice, proactive follow-up and confidence that my records are being reviewed before advice is given.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and provided copies of both my prescription letter and medication labels, which contain conflicting instructions. I am awaiting a response and hope BioID Health will investigate the matter thoroughly and put measures in place to prevent similar issues occurring in the future.

Menopause treatment is often sought at a time when women are already struggling with symptoms and looking for reassurance and support. Consistency, accuracy and communication are therefore extremely important.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Thought the price was too good to be true but thought I’d give it a go . Test came quickly .
Done test and sent it back .
Got email asking for another £150 . Didn’t mention that when I ordered test .

I cannot even begin to explain - life changing!

I cannot even begin to explain - life changing!
I started bio ID 10 weeks ago, in a very dark place mentally and unable to function physically. I had a spinal injury at 19 which means I've always struggled with pain, fatigue and physical exercise but only in the last 2 years has it given me hangover symptoms for days after doing any form of exercise. Before bio ID, my fatigue was off the charts and I was going to bed as soon as I'd put my kids to bed (7pm) because I was so exhausted. Sweating in the night, feeling like I could go to sleep at any point in the day and like I was walking through treacle, my mental health was in a ditch and I started anti depressants, therapy, you name it. Nothing worked. Then I watched an interview around hormones and thought 'what have I got to lose' - Bio ID has given me back my life. It was like I was wondering around in a fog before, now I'm back to myself, I am weight training again 2 x a week, no fatigue at all and I want to go out. I want to book things in the diary and I'm not in bed at 7pm!! A new chapter and one I am so grateful to have!! Thank you so much to lovely Lisa and everyone for genuinely changing my life and giving me back everything I thought I'd lost. If you're on the fence about this - DO IT! My only regret is not doing it sooner!

Would highly rec!

Wasnt sure to start with but extremely impressed! Really good people & customer service is on point! Hate having blood taken, a nurse came to my home (got a vein too which isnt easy on me) all in all these guys are offering brilliant healthcare treatment plans.

Not happy, Complete RIP OFF, I WANT MY REFUND !

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund for my blood tests that I cancelled 1 hour after my consultation when I did some digging and found out the actual price per month for 'their' advised HRT regime!!!!

Very, very expensive, please ask about the pricing BEFORE you agree to pay £235.00 for a blood test !!!!

After countless telephone conversations, my refund is STILL going through their system !!!!!!

It DOES NOT take 2 weeks to authorise a refund !!!!

I WANT MY REFUND !!!!!!!
