I’m enjoying my perceived better health and take my granules every day. I just received the next three months supply, but I just started the third bag of my first set - that seems a little early to me. Also, the travel case is not closing correctly - I think I overtightened it. How can I get another?

Can't cancel auto renew any time

You are REQUIRED to sign up for 3 months minimum. You may think your good and paid for the 3 months to test it out up front, because they send a 3 month supply immediately, until your hit with a $80 bill the next month. They wont let you cancel the auto renew subscription until you've made all the payments. They should be charging for the goods they are sending when they send them not trick you into a loan. You should be aloud to cancel your subscription to turn off auto renew any time.

We want to clarify that Bioniq GO is structured as a 3-month program, where a full 3-month personalized supply is delivered upfront, while payments are split into monthly instalments.

This structure, including the payment schedule and subscription terms, is shown at checkout and in the confirmation emails. That said, we understand how this can be confusing, and we’re continuously working to make this clearer and more intuitive.

In terms of cancellation, members can choose to settle any remaining balance at any time and cancel immediately, or wait until the final payment is completed, after which the subscription can be canceled before any new cycle begins. There are no further charges or shipments beyond the agreed 3-month cycle unless a member chooses to continue.

I USED to LOVE Bioniq and my personalized…

I LOVED Bioniq and my personalized supplements. I have been using them for the past two years. I say "Loved" until today because once I read that Bioniq was being acquired by Herbalife my heart sunk. This will be the death of this unique brand. I do not want to buy my supplements from a Herbalife Distributor. So I guess I will cancel my subscription as I do not want to be involved in their greedy pyramid scheme.

Horrible company with terrible customer…

Horrible company with terrible customer service. Product made me very sick and all I want to do is return and they are making it very difficult. I'm not going to pay for something that made me deathly ill and they just charged my account again. I'm very upset.
