Completely dissatisfied with my experience.
The entire point of paying for a personalized supplement service is to receive a formula that is actually customized to your needs. Despite raising my concerns, my formula was never meaningfully adjusted, and I continued receiving products that I neither wanted nor used.
The biggest issue is the subscription and billing process. When I decided to cancel, I discovered I could not remove my payment method from my account. A customer should never feel trapped in a subscription or worry about future charges after deciding to leave.
Overall, I found the service disappointing, the customer support unhelpful, and the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a transparent, customer-focused subscription service.

Billed after asking to cancel
I asked to cancel I was told I had to finish the remainder of my subscription which is fair of course, how ever then I was charged for a new one and I have emailed in 3 different ways to get my money back, bioniq say 48 hour response time yet it’s been much longer, very difficult to cancel subscription and taking money out of my bank after I asked to cancel is pretty bad to be honest.

I needed to cancel after paying 2 installments (as I'm out of the country )
they replied almost immediately and will refund my money within 2 days.

The company culture is diabolical.
The product is second to none. Unfortunately the company is absolutely deplorable. I paid my initial subscription with no problems. When the time came to renew my subscription, the company was telling me that the payment failed, this was over 10 months ago. No matter how I tried to pay for it, it was unsuccessful. When I finally managed to get the payment to go through my account, Bioniq did not recognize it. I even sent a screenshot of my bank statement. They have no customer service number, you can only communicate through email. I am reporting them to the BBB,I will never recommend them, which is sad because I had many people to recommend. All I can say is give this company the widest berth you can.

They are easy to take and really notice…
They are easy to take and really notice a difference when I do not take them. Normally multi-vitamins are just something you take because they are "good for you", but you don't really feel a difference. For me anyways, I can tell the increase in energy and over all well being. I was skeptical at first, but I am completely behind them now! When you order them just answer the questions honestly and you will be set! Also, one account per order. My wife and I had to make two separate orders for each of us. Other than that, a really good experience.

More over it’s almost impossible to cancel the sub. After 3 videos you can click on cancel. They have your card details and it’s impossible to remove it ! Never saw something like this. They rob u and force u to pay forever. Product completely destroyed by marketing

Love the product but all has gone wrong recently
UPDATE - had contact from customer service. The option to tailor the formula shouldn't have been available on the website and they aren't taking on new customers for the pro product. I'm happy with the product so will stick with them in the hope that either I can tailor my formula or switch back to pro in the near future.
Who knows if they are still trading in the UK? I've been trying to update my GoFormula but heard nothing back then a repeat order arrived of the old formula. Numerous emails over a 3 month period, helpdesk logs, attempted phone calls (UK always engaged) but no response. Money is still being collected so I assume they haven't shut down. Does anyone know anything? The herbalife buyout seems to be the worst thing that has ever happened to Bioniq.

Bioniq makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. Be very careful. I have spent many hours trying to cancel my subscription. Clearly, their strategy is to make canceling as complicated as possible. After several attempts to cancel my subscription is still active. Outrageous.
