The whole Birch Gin experience is exceptional! It's a great product: the taste of the gin is superb - certainly one of the best I have tried - and I love the design of the bottle, too. I should also comment on the excellent customer service. Not only was the response speedy (acknowledgment of order and delivery), the product arrived well packed and the offer of including a personal message was a lovely touch. Cheers!

Wow.. Just WOW.... I was super impressed with the customer service and speedy communication I received and then my gin arrived and I love it!!!! Very smooth gin and thoroughly enjoyed the flavours. Particularly liked the small attention to detail with the cocktail recipe card and fresh rosemary - great little touch. I have recommended you to family and friends and will definitely buy again. Perfect service and delicious gin
Absolutely great service from beginning to end. The website was easy to use with clear, accurate descriptions and an easy ordering process. Communications were great and delivery was well within that promised. The gin was well packed and arrived safely. The packaging was fit for purpose. Finally the gin both looked and tasted great so it's 5 stars from me.
