A wonderful discovery
Discovered Birch Gin at the wonderful Trinity of Battle resturant last night while celebrating an 80th birthday. The gin went down wonderful and made the evening a jolly old affair. Can't wait to purchase a bottle for Christmas.

Wow!!
Wow!!! What excellent customer service for this fabulous gin. I like to support local and promised friends a bottle when we next visited - 2 hours later a bottle was delivered by the lovely Dawn!!! I personally like my Birch gin with tonic, a slice of orange and lots of ice!!! Aesthetically the bottle is just gorgeous - my empties have LED lights in them. Can’t wait to try Birch’s new gin and a vodka.
