I recently booked a ticket and the staff is wonderful, really wanna mention Jay for the lovely service provide, he was very sensitive to my information and really understood what I wanted in regard to my booking. He was very patient and very nice to talk too.

I spoke to Victor who preempted about January offer a month ago. I called him few days ago and asked for different options and he patiently assisted me. He also price matched and was kind. After the last booking he texted me and asked about the travel and this made me to come back to your travel company.

Victor has always been very helpful and very experienced in what he is doing am satisfied with his services every time

Great service from Victor & David. Both were so wonderful to help me find a mini break abroad for five days in Albania with a lovely hotel located close to the airport in Tirana.

I found Crystal to be very helpful in trying to find me a package holiday that suited my needs. She listened at all times I felt that I was being very well looked after. Once the holiday was booked Crystal provided regular updates to me informing me of bookings and seats. Even when I was on holiday Crystal reached out to ask if everything was ok. I will definitely ask Bird Travel in the future to find me holidays and I would strongly recommend them to everyone.

My family and myself booked a 13 day tour around Vietnam. Rav from Bird Travel was very approachable for all the questions we had prior to booking and whilst we were on the tour itself. No question was ever too much trouble. He also made sure we were okay when we were out there. Excellent tour and service.

Rav totally went out of his way to arrange the return trip for my son from Australia back to England. It was a complicated booking due to price changes and the deadline, but Rav helped to ensure Michael received the best flight available in the given time frame he had to work wth.
Both myself and my son are most grateful to him, and Michael can look forward to a hapy trip home next month.

Oscar at BirdTravel was absolutely brilliant and a star when booking my trip to Las Vegas for February 2025. I was having difficulty with a voucher that was issued to me by Norse Atlantic but Oscar managed to solve the problem and was very patient as I cannot hear too well and neither could my cousin who was helping ne, even tho we had three hearing aids betwee us, we still found it hard to hear on the phone but Oscar was very calm and was always very polite and patient with us and stayed on the line the whole time. There were various other difficulties when booking the flight from my end and Oscar put up with all the trials I had whilst booking my flight. Eventually we did get there and my return to Las Vegas was finally booked thanks to the patience of Oscar. Thank you.

I had and continue to have a very good experience. If I had a problem, convenient solutions were always found for me. I want to point out and say a big thank you to Victor who is impeccable professionalism, patience and excellent service. He found the most understandable option for me and has helped me tremendously lately. Victor does his job excellently, keeps things simple, finds solutions to complicated situations. My experience with bird travel was good. There communication was always great and effective. They would respond quickly when I need help. Crystal specifically done a great job attending to me which I am grateful for. Crystal always was following up to see if I require any assistance or if I am satisfied with the solution provided.

Vicky was very professional from day one. Took the time and effort to understand our travel needs, was able extremely patient with us and delivered as promised. Would not only use the service again but recommend them .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I got charged £900 extra to change flights and a name change. When arrived at airport this had not been done! I contacted the airline direct who confirmed they had no communication with the agent.
They have refused to refund me and I now have to take legal action as funds obtained under false pretences, which is illegal.
Please do not get conned like I did, it ruined my holiday which I had planned for 5 years. Has made me ill and I have lost all confidence in going on holiday ever again

The company gave me a good deal and the staff Ms Christal is very polite and efficient. She answered all questions I asked I would recommend her to my friends and family.
