It's a scam,

i don ´t understand why nobody can't seize sites like this, but exchange can be seized and fraudulent sites can be open.

This is not the mining manufacturer, Bitmain. Bitmain lists it as a fraud site.

Scam! Ordered 2 miners after reading all the reviews here. After dates being pushed back, I received an email that my orders have been cancelled, and outlined the process for refund. Got through the refund process, and it asked to verify the return wallet via 12 or 24 word seed phrase. THIS ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEES FRAUD! Never ever give out seed phrase for any reason. To be clear I did not click any links in the email, but rather logged in to my account on the bitmain.us website, and did the return process through the actual order. That pretty much verified that this is all an elaborate scam. Thankfully I only lost the money sent for the miners, and did not add any insult to injury by giving them further access to my wallet.

Scam, i have 3 miners on order with this company, and now they have pushed back the delivery dates and wont answer e-mails or the phone, the main chinese Bitmain website has these people listed as a scam, how they ever got a good rating on this site is beyond me, now i am $5000 out of pocket for beliving the reviews on this company

SCAM!!! Ordered an ASIC, they have pushed back the eta.. Wont respond to emails and their phone is magically so busy they route you to email

No issues with ordering or delivery. I was promised the product would be delivered in a week, it happened. There were no problems with the set up at all.

Antminer KS3 works great, no problems so far, it's very easy to set up and run.

Overall all the Antminer K7 is a beast of a machine my only issue is it keeps crashing and I can't seem to get it sorted now I keep thinking no worries it boots straight back up again and its fine but for over $2000 really you should have no issues at all so reason I rate it a 3* if my issue was resolved then for sure it would be a 5* as other than this issue i can't fault it.

I was very happy with my first LTC miner when it arrived, and with how easy it was to order. Support were very good at letting me know when BTC miners would be back in stock!

Very very good, s19k miner came next day after dispatch with a give time frame which allowed for us to be home. The regular updates were very helpful. Couldn't be happier.

Overall service was excellent and the delivery was on-time. I was kept up to date through out the whole process with emails and the easy access to my account on the website.

Fantastic service but was given a faulty Power Supply on delivery. I only have it 'fixed' because I've lodged a bit of wood inside to keep it seated when it already should be. If not for the fantastic service I'd have given this a 2 or 1 star. Still considering resending just the PSU back to get a replacement.

Took a little longer than expected, though was very quick after I queried the delay. Hardware works fine. I'm having trouble installing OS, but that's only to be expected.

I ordered three things. A mining case, fans and a controlboard. The case was on time because it wasn't dropped off at smart post. Stupid idea, btw. The controlboard, which is what I need to complete a build is STILL not here after 6 days of nothing. I am in the same city from where it was shipped. I should have just payed the extra money for Amazon to give me the controlboard. I will never use BitmainUS again. Shipping sucks here.

Antminer arrived with a piece of one of the case legs snapped off. Not a huge deal but not something you really want to see when first getting it out of the box. Everything seems ok after the first week, no issues so far.

I ordred S19 pro and paid for it, so instead of getting the item shipped, I get an e-mail the next day stating that my order was cancelled which I never cancelled;
