Glad with the specs for the price was well packaged and secure for delivery. Would definitely recommend to people who are interested in mining machines.

I have been a longtime Bitmain US customer. I recently had a return of an item. The reason for the return was the item was not compatible with my miner as a controller. This risk was not listed in the item description. I was able to return the item but I was not reimbursed for return shipping, which was half the cost. Bitmain US would not refund all my money.

Have bought from the company numerous times. They offer deals from time to time but you have to be careful and check elsewhere. They were much better with deals that couldn't be matched in the past. Not so much any more. There is far more competition in there area online now. Where they particularly stumble is with their customer service. Where I did have a problem either with a product, shipment, return or whatever they were always quick to make you do the heavy lifting in getting a problem rectified. You needed to push then too often to get your problem resolved.

Last summer got my Antminer L7, but this is the second time, this has happened...."order now and get in 2 days" or whatever, only to have to wait weeks or more and get the midnight "sorry but we don't have it" email. This happened to me for a control board for L7 and a pre-order for Antminer KS3.

This is my second purchase from bitmain us on both occasions I've found the process of choosing made easy with the website which is easy to follow and detailed, delivery from start to delivery was around 5 days, if you need help they're a phone call away.

The Antminer arrived well packaged, and apart from a small mark on the case (not from transit it looks) everything seems good. I have been too busy to set it up fully yet, but 1st impressions are that it seems like a well built mining machine.

2 backorders, didn't let me down on both occasions. Waiting S21 now.

My backorder for s19 xp arrived yesterday. However I was disappointed that I couldn't return a incorrect psu cable without having to pay postage.

A good amount of information available about your order showing the step by step and the amount of time it might take. Arrived within the expected time, overall good experience.

I returned a product which was still on the warranty. Tell me they would make a replacement or get me a gift card the original price if they didn't have in stock. After 2 weeks without any news, I called them and they told me my case was close, even if nothing was sent. I had to speak with them for over 30 minutes before they told me they would sent a gift card in the next few days. 3 weeks after this, received nothing, called them 3-4 times (they told me they would contact me by email or phone), promess me the gift card, etc. Customer service from this compagny really bad once they have your money.

Bought a KDA miner from them, delivery was not as long as I expected and everything came connected well.

I have 2 orders on 10/10/2023. My orders cannot be processed but my debit card has been charged. I got refund after 2 weeks. I am disappointed.

The order took a very long time to be delivered. My KDA KA3 miner arrived only three weeks later and in damaged packaging. But overall the product is good.

Very helpful in helping me get the most efficient Bitcoin miner for me. Very fast delivery. Good customer service. Great service.

Once ordered they keep your u up to date with every process they are going through.

This is the third miner I have ordered over the years. Runs flawless. The only replacement part being the power supply. Delivery has always been faultless and on time.

Bought some antminer parts it said shipped all of the items and once I got one of the product, they added a new tracking number for the others that will come another week later. Very misleading, if I knew they were going to pull something like that, I would have of just purchased at Amazon and get it the same week with prime.

This is the third miner that I have bought from Bitmain US. I ordered it on the Monday and it was delivered the following Saturday.

I made a purchase, which was confirmed and processes, then canceled TWICE, refunded TWICE. I called my bank, egg-brains customer service twice. I text the chat agent 3x. have the transcript them giving me multiple different reasons as to why my payment wasn't processed. The customer service people wouldn't try to fix my issue only blame my bank, me or prior customer service agents. I'm no closer to a answer 8 hrs later. THE WORST PART IS, that same card at the SAME PURCHASE did process one of the parts I ordered. (now being shipped to me) even though they canceled the other 6 items on the same order and calmed my card can't be processed? I know this sounds are vastly incompetent.

Unfortunately, I was thoroughly unsatisfied with the whole process of buying KDA Miner KA3 from Bitmain US. The delivery was extremely slow, the payment process was fraught with with problems, and customer service didn't respond to mu inquires in a timely fashion. I don't recommend anyone use this online store as they are unreliable and unhelpful when it comes to customer service.
