Simply unbelievable

From start to finish, Bitmore exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail, speed of service, and genuine care for the customer made this one of the most remarkable experiences I’ve had with any company. The products themselves are great…

The products themselves are great (bought extra ones), but the time from order to delivery compared to most internet outlets is slow, so if going on holiday e.g. order in plenty of time before going.

Camera was a gift

Camera was a gift, slightly damaged, replaced for free. I used to have a bulky moto camera, i was suprised how tiny this camera was and a bit skeptical, but it’s pretty decent, bit fiddly to set up on my mountain bike, and over rough tracks the mount moved a little. Video was stable and good quality, menus are easy to navigate.

Solved without any fuss

I had a problem with a product i purchased on an airline flight .
I contacted bitmore explained the problem .
They told me what they needed to follow up on the issue .
I supplied the information and the issue was solved without any fuss ,

James Manchester UK. Purchased my earbuds whilst on a TUI flight. Once home I found one side wasn’t holding charge and kept switching off. I contacted BITMORE via their email. They said someone from customer support would be in touch. Some considerable time later I had to chase them up. They agreed to replace with new ones which have now arrived. Quite good but difficulty in removing from charging case. Would be better if the earbuds had some grip ridges. Would I buy again No!

Contacted Bitmore as I had some issues in setting up app. Response was refreshingly speedy, from first response it lead me to make a further enquiry which was again responded quickly.
Nice to have proper tech/customer support.

Great brand and reliable

Great brand and reliable. Had some concerns in regards to a product I have, a member of the customer service team named Ryan assisted me and resolved it really promptly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience, all round would recommend this brand over many other.

A positive experience

This was an exchange, but everyone was professional, prompt, kind, and understanding.
They practice a very high level of communication so this was smooth.

After confirming with colleagues you raised this query 2 days after placing your order (22nd July). Following the communication you had with our customer service team, as you required the product urgently, we upgraded your delivery from the free 3-5 days, to the premium (Royal Mail 24h Guaranteed Next Day service). The tracking shows it was despatched on 25th July, and was signed as by yourself as delivered on the morning of 26th July, 4 days after you originally placed the order, not 3 weeks.

Nevertheless, thank you for your review, we do hope you enjoy our earphones.

I purchased a charger which was faulty

I purchased a charger which was faulty. I emailed customer service and they provided me a good explanation (it was a safety feature intended to render the device unusable in the event of a short circuit) and a new device was send and received in double quick time. Thank you for a great customer service experience.

Our powerbanks have an array of safety features (4-layer safety PCB); Over-current, short-circuit, and overcharge protection, IC & battery temp control, Wireless foreign object detection (if you're using a wireless powerbank, plus we only use recycled materials/plastic (where possible) and eco FSC packaging.

With that said, I am sorry you initially had an issue, but am please the team was able to clearly highlight the reason and sort you a replacement.
