Quick service ..but only issue was not being able to track order

As it stands, I placed an order with Bitten Lip over a week ago and it hasn't been dispatched. No email, or contact explaining the delay, so I sent an email two days ago asking for explanation and as yet have not received a reply. So right now my experience with Bitten Lip is very poor, and will be seeking to cancel my order

The people that run it are always polite and friendly, they are happy to help and don't judge anyone. They have a good range of sizes and the clothes are of a really good quality and they have some amazing designs. Very happy with my purchases will definitely be going back for more.
